I've emailed Poker770 3 times requesting the $7.70 BonPok bonus and have got automated replys saying they will email me with a reply. then got an email promotion for the $7.70+$10.00 been two months now still no $ no emails no nothing can just imagine what it would be like trying to get winnings out of them. don't think anyone should deposit at this site till they improve the customer sevice seems they are a shady bunch

Today I finaly got email saying that because I got $50.00 bonus I dont qualify for $7.70 bonus yet it has been given to other PS players who have also recieved the $50.00 bonus and other sites 888 for example do honor their other promotions on top of the PS bonus. My poker770 nick name is whezzer1 Poker770 seems to make up rules as they go along!! and why did I only get a response after i posted to this forum perhaps customer support is asleep at the switch or Is poker 770 dragging their heels in regards to this promotion and giving it out only if they have to. I can understand if the odd person falls through the cracks and has problems but this seems to be a pervasive problem in regards to this promotion.If I dont get this promo i will not deposit with 770 while i like the layout and feel of the site and I find myself on it more and more this has me vexed and after fulltilt went down and took my money with them ( (or does the D.O.J. have it)I'm going to be sure i put my money with a reliable site.

At the minute i cant offer you any advice about the bonus i dont know much about the issue so il wait for the 770support rep to answer you there.
However i dont think being denied the $7.70 bonus means the site is unreliable im playing there at the moment myself and i am more than satisfied with the software, the fishiness of the players, the support team are brilliant i really cant complain and ipoker is a trusted poker network so you dont need to worry about that.

I'm sorry Carl but i wouldn't say the poker770 support team are brilliant when I sent them 3 emails over a period of 2 months and untill I posted my complaint in this forum all i got was an automated reply saying they would be in touch but after posting here 2 hours later i get an email and a post on this forum so I get the impression that they are only putting out fires instead of being proactive. I am not the type of person that go's off at the slightest thing and really i don't care if i ever get the $7.70 but I hate to be screwed around and more importantly if they aren't made aware of it the situation will continue and even more potential customers will get pissed off and leave. I have since spidered the Email of the customer support manager and will be contacting him next.Oh and by the way when i replied to the email they sent me I recieved yet another automated reply saying they will be in touch. if they then don't get in touch with you then. Is'nt that just saying dont call us we'll call you.At this point I dought I will hear back from them as i never have before. also I was seriously considering depositing with them as i like that cashouts could be deposited to your visa but am i giong to get another automated reply and then just wait and have nothing happen
