hi, i was playing as usaul today and at first it started no toping up, then I diceded to relogin, but can not do that becouse than I want to lounch client it becomes unrespondable, restarted my machine, reinstalted client, nothing works. still the same. who can help me?

same here, I'd installed the sidekick software today and thought it was to blame (mainly because of the CPU load) but appears to be the poker 770 servers or the 770 software latest update?
Same here.I logged in after many efforts and there was about 8 euros missing from my account.

Yoanna will probably pop by tomorrow to check on the threads here, but in any case have you actually contacted the poker room and asked about the weird activity on your accounts?
Were you playing a tournament by any chance, any big pot while got disconnected or just simply couldn't log in from one minute to another and missing moniez?
I've also changed your title of the thread so Poker770 rep can scan problems easily.

seems to be working again. I don't miss any money, i wasn't playing when the problem started.

Just like Ingrid told you, yesterday evening the poker client underwent a short upgrade and that was probably the reason for which you couldn’t log onto your player accounts.
However your money should be where you left them
If you have any funds missing please write an e-mail to our Support Team at support@poker770.co.uk explaining the situation. They will investigate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.
