I'm sure most players have had this angry little monster in their heads. Wanted to write this in with a thread I posted under Successes but thought it was a different topic:
When I take a beat while running deep in a I'm left with a lot of feelings of regret and resentment. Usually play 6-player SnGs and CGs so I don't often run deep in big games. Cashed 17th out of 675 and got taken out by a nasty beat. I should have went deeper. Maybe I could have won. $6 game and cashed for $37.50, 1st was over $800 - how awesome would it have been to win that?! I had a good chance and was robbed of it. It was the right move to call his shove with what I had but had I of folded there might have been a better spot.
I feel like the Karate Kid on that table after the semi-finals with a busted up leg, but where's Mr Miyagi to rub it and give me a second chance? How will I find balance?
