NL Holdem $0.10(BB) Replayer
SB ($7.51)
BB ($14.20)
UTG ($10.72)
Hero ($10)
CO ($13.51)
BTN ($10.98)

Dealt to Hero K♦ A♥

UTG raises to $0.30, Hero raises to $0.90, fold, BTN calls $0.90, fold, fold, UTG raises to $10.72 (AI), Hero calls $9.10 (AI), fold

Both of guys were tottally unkown and i wonder was this correct time to fold my AK ?
I cling to AK religiously and its really hard for me to drop em preflop, and i think that might be a leak as well.
What do u guys think?

i would fold unless they had super aggro stats.

i get what youre saying about letting go of AK but sometimes its the right thing to do preflop. just wait till you get AA/KK pre and pray to god someone gives you action

Hello Sinnology,

Well, first of all I'd 3bet a bit bigger ~$1,20 and otherwise I'd just fold to the UTG shove. We at the best flipping there but usually vs unknown my plan would be to 3bet/Fold it and not invite more people into the pot. Don't like playing for the stacks here.

Best Regards.

If we're planning on 3b/fold.. Why do you like a bigger 3bet?

Well, I don't adjust 3bet sizes to my hand strength. :) Should be reason enough? :f_biggrin:
