Check/raise a larger amount on the flop with your strong hand on such a draw-heavy board. And as played I would bet the turn (with the plan of calling a shove) since too often he checks back here after you've c/r'd the flop.

exactly what I thought before I read the comments. Min-raise on this flop is just terrible. Why didn't you bet the turn and decided to check raise? You will mostly just give out a free card. Doesn't make much sense

Obviously the turn card was a cooler, the money will go in no matter what
