Hello, I recently moved from PartyPoker to PokerStars and haven't been able to Elephant to record hands or stats of the other players.
The box "Stats appear as soon as you have completed enough hands at this table" is there 
Any advice would be appreciated.

make sure your handhistories are stored by PokerStars (in english language).
Check the configuration page for the correct path to your handhistory and check the Settings -> Sites for your PokerStars Username.
I am having the same problem. Already put the handhistory being stored in english but elephant still does not import hands from pokerstars. Just don't know what to do anymore.

Do you see under configuration your Stars folder where you store the HHs? Is this folder active?
Please try to start the elephant as an admin. Right click on icon and than start as admin.
What Silicernium said. Please start PokerStars and PokerStrategy.com Elephant as Administrator.
I'm also having problem with this, language is English and I run as admin it doesn't help?
Maybe you should make a tutorial video? William Hill works fine btw.
There was software update on stars and my HEM HUD stopped working, i found update on HM site so its ok now. I think problem occurred after stars update

If the problem starts after Stars update, you have to update also the elephant. Here you can find the version 0.106.
After update there is change in hand history.
PokerStars Hand #73626411581: Tournament #498067673 ...
Before update there was game insted of hand.
I have PT3 and update fixed it so you need to update.
