1st hand fold pre, you will win some times but in the long run is a losing hand.
Second hand, I would not raise, what worse could call you? You probably got payed now from J high flush but at higher stakes and better players you will loose money.

I really dont think I will loose in long run with this hand in PLO4. I have sick implied outs
In higher stakes I wouldn't raise but this was PLO4. He had 8 high flush draw.

And I know with this kind of play I will be spewing money in higher stakes ,Thats why I specially mentioned that this was PLO4!!!

Hand 1:
I will fold preflop. I don't think that also on PLO4 you have implied odds to play that hand. What flop will help you to stack off? TJ** rainbow, AQ** rainbow? I will also fold flop pot bet here when CO calls too. He can slowplay straight without flush.

Hand2:
Turn raise i think is good to check where we are. After his small reraise we can put him on flush or set. If he put us on flush too, then i think he will bet full pot with nuts or bet something around half pot as blocking/thin value bet without nuts. I will not reraise him AI with 3rd nuts here only if you have read on him that he is fish.

Hand 1 super easy preflop fold.

Hand 2 fold to the 3 bet on the turn if you are going to raise.

Also don't raise the turn and call the river bet instead.
