Postflop: I'd Bet the flop bigger ~$0,22 at least. But otherwise kind of close but most likely the safest option. I doubt that he is shipping with a lot worse there, could easily be better Kx.

Still wouldn't advice to open such hands. Also mention the players on table before doing such a steal. 
You may often times overplay your hand which most likely is going to happen and nor you wont get called by a lot worse Kx hands.
