He is 3betting utg, so he is probably the strongest here and willing to go broke with hes hand.
utg 4b shove and hes 4b calling range : AK, TT
So pushing here is probly wrong and folding is much more EV, since all we can hope is he is getting crazy with hes
77-99, hands or AK .
folding here would be +EV imo.
Am I wrong?

I would not call since we are out of position and you will hardly hit your set, and his mid stacked, so not so good implied odds.

since he is mid stacked I think I would push all-in. against a calling range of 88+/AJ+ you have 45%, and some fold equity (if any)

Calling is out of option.We play oop, he is 40bbs deep , so after cbet hes commited.
If card higher than T falls we dont know where do we stand.

I dont think hes 4b callng range is 88.
As I stated its TT+ and AK.
so basicly we are underdog and flip at best.
Thats y I said that folding is probly more +Ev than get it in .
