I have finally arrived at the Spielbank Berlin, the hosting location of the PokerStars.net EPT Berlin. Right now there is the official introduction speak of Thomas Kremser, owner of the TK Poker Events company. The dealers got their final introductions and the tournament floor has been opened to the players.

Starting Stack is 30.000 at the €5,000 + €300 Main Event, starting blinds are 50 - 100 with 60 minutes at each level. Dealer Button starts at seat 4 and the tournament is maxed out at 800 players for both days 1A and 1B together.

No official number of the participating players at the EPT Berlin main event day 1A yet but the first floor of the Spielbank Berlin is filled completely with 25 tables, nine players at each and there are also about 11 tables running at the second floor. Therefore I am counting more than 324 players at the moment and they will be even more at the end.

UTG raises to 300, UTG+1 callc, Vovoleo reraises to 1.000 on the button, blinds fold and the limpers call.

Three players see the flop coming 986, UTG and UTG+1 check, Vovoleo bets 1.500, UTG raises to 3.500, UTG+1 folds, Vovoleo reraises to 6.500, UTG calls.
Both players check the turn on a T and again on another T on the river. Vovoleo shows AA for twopair and utg throws his hand into the muck.

I could spot several PokerStrategists up to now. cyde, LeChiffre19, psychobenny, FiSheYe and Panny1 are playing the EPT Berlin Main Event, there are also Ronny Kaiser and Marvin Rettenmaier.
