You need to connect Holdemmanager to the Postgresql server you installed with Elephant. To do this use the same database data as entered in Elephant (i think they are displayed under help->info in Elephant).
Enter this data in the holdemmanager database management, connect to the database server and create a new database for holdemmanager.
