Hey Guys,

My Name is Tobi and from November 6th to November 8th I gonna do the Coverage of the 2011 WSOP Final Table.

You can expect hourly Updates with latest Chipcounts and the most interesting Hands live from the Penn & Teller Theatre at the Rio.

I gonna try to resorb the Atmosphere as good as possible with Background-Reports and Interviews, so that you can get a little bit of Live-Feeling from Las Vegas.

It's still five days till we hear the magic words "Shuffle up and deal!!" but as from know you are very welcome to post Ideas and Suggestions, what you wanna see in the Live-Ticker and please feel free to ask any question!

Stay tuned for the Pokerstrategy.com *2011 WSOP NOVEMBER NINE LIVE - TICKER*!

Have fun! Tobi

Hi Tobi,

Really looking forward to these updates. Hoping my fellow Irishman Eoghan O'Dea can take this one down :club:

This should be amazing, I'm super stoked to watch this live and really think your interviews and background reports will add alot.

Also extremely jealous of you being in Vegas.

Good luck and enjoy!

So, yesterday I even went to the Penn & Teller Theater, because I was curious and wanted to taste even a little bit of what to expect on Sunday.
Many people from ESPN were there, workers laid cables, lighting technician featured on headlights and tournament director Jack Effel has discussed with his staff frantically.

My first impression was that the November Nine final table has a different dimension than the already very elaborate Broadcast of the feature table during the summer. There is way more room for visitors, the theater is a huge, impressive backdrop for a poker tournament, its just a great Event!

Hundreds of visitors are standing in line on Sunday early morning to get tickets for the November Nine. A feeling like a rock concert!

Cya on Sunday!

Tobi

Good Morning,

I just got up and got a text message from Pius Heinz. I may come in in his Family&Friends Area and can ticker from there. So I am a bit closer to it.

It is now 7:30 in the morning and it is still very cold outside. Thankfully, the casino operators turned on their heaters. Normally the only thing is running is the air-condition!

4.5 hours to go!

Stay tuned!

Ye those Timeshifts can mess things about a lot. Last year I went to bed in Wales and woke up in the American Civil war!

Looking forward a lot to the final 9 but I think Mr Collins takes it. Although someof the others look like htey need the money. :f_biggrin:

Finally in the Penn & Teller Theatre!

Its a really impressive stage and lots of people are getting in right know, Eminem and other Rapmusic is coming out of the Soundsystem.

Had the chance to do a quick Interview with Antonio Esfandiari.

Pokerstrategy: Antonio, you have lots of experiecne playing final tables like this one. Whats the most important thing to ship a Tournament like this?

Antonio: You need luck and you need to stay focused. You cannot let a bad hand affect your judgement. Its important to keep making the right decisions.

Pokerstrategy: What about the pressure, playing for so much money?

Antonio: I never played for $ 8 Mio., so I don't know. Its still just a Poker Tournament, it doesnt matter if the first place is 20 Bucks or $ 10 Mio. You just have to play the best Poker you can. That's it.
