Hi everyone!

I was a full ring 25NL player for most of last year but switched to 6max last december mainly because i was still behind pace for supernova and i would get more VPP's at a faster rate. I'm on my 4th year going for supernova but I'm still relatively new to 6max. I hope to improve my play and continue to learn through this community, and participate in this get rich and die trying bankroll challenge in order to maintain or increase my motivation and productivity. Here is my graph for my 6max NL25 hands since i shifted last december.

As you can see, it has been a rocky road while i am trying to adjust. The videos, articles and forum have been very helpful.

I started the year with $1,000. My goals are:
- 200k VPP's
- move up to NL50

I have already played my first session last year.
Hands: 10,452
Profit: +61.22

I have already played around 30k hands this year, about 20k zoom and 10k reg tables, and here are the results.

It is a very small sample size but it seems like zoom is a little bit tougher (Lol). So i'm gonna stick to reg tables for now.

2015 results:

Total Hands: 32,009
Profit: $314.57 ($365)
bb/100: 3.93 (4.57)
VPP's: 2,428.21

Had a pretty nice week in terms of profit and volume but pretty disappointed i wasnt able to put much volume during the weekends. Only 2k hands yesterday, on a sunday! Anyway, im running extremely well as you can see in my EV line, about 6.5 buyins above EV. Another setback is that i had an 11 buyin downswing session and i realized i have alot of tilt issues! I plan to read MGoP within this month and hopefully improve on my tilt problems. I received a $137.50 bonus for my ultimate challenge and i need to play 11k VPPs which should be easy to reach. Also unlocked $100 worth of stellar rewards and im a couple of weeks away from reaching 100k fpp's for a $1,600 bonus. Here are my updated results for this week:

Total Hands: 81,474
Profit: $730.73 ($565.87)
bb/100: 3.59 (2.78)
PS All-in Shootouts: $1
Stellar Rewards: $100
VPP's: 6,161.03
FPP Balance: 71,091

Net Profit: $831.73

One major leak i have is im too afraid of higher limits. But maybe i'll give nl50 a 5 buy in shot once i get my $1600 bonus. GL everyone!

Well, somebody seems to be going along very nicely!

Good luck with the challenge, but I suspect you wont need a lot before hitting your goals this year.

Nice job indeed! _thumbsup:

Mal.

Thanks!

I use table optimizer, and i love the stack and tile feature. I play 12-14 tables, about 1k hands an hour. I also use a PS3 controller which definitely helps my volume. :f_drink:

Really nice volume and winrate. This is a blog i'll definitely follow :f_thumbsup:

Isn't it tedious to do betsizing, marking hands and writing notes with a controller though?

i actually use both a mouse and a controller. Controller on my left hand and a mouse on my right. It might seem difficult at first but i guess its just a matter of where you are comfortable and its a personal thing. Betsizing is pretty easy because my preset bets on almost all situations, and i can easily adjust using the mouse wheel. Writing notes is something that i dont do a lot. Maybe im wrong and im just lazy but sometimes i feel notes can be misleading. Maybe villain just made a play when he was on tilt or because of some dynamic, etc. But notetaking is definitely something i need to learn better.

Thanks!

Had a horrible week in terms of volume and profit. Just played 16k hands and barely won anything. Tilt is getting in the way a lot and thus the low volume. On the brighter side, i still won $36.73! And an additional $1 for an allin shootout win!

I'll be doing a database review tomorrow and will post some of what i think are my major leaks. Will probably consider hiring a coach too.

Here is my updated 2015 results:

Total Hands: 81,474
Profit: $767.46 ($527.74)
bb/100: 3.12 (2.15)
PS All-in Shootouts: $2
Stellar Rewards: $100
VPP's: 7,479.33.03
FPP Balance: 75,706.22

Net Profit: $831.73

Had a pretty solid month last January, but i think there are still lots of work to do. Im running extremely well as you can see in my EV line. I dont know with other people but if my EV line is above my green line, i dont get affected by bad beats so this is a good thing. After reviewing some of my hands in my database, i found that my biggest leak is calling with bluffcatchers. There are a lot of other leaks, but right now im focusing on improving my play with my bluffcatchers especially when calling river raises and, calling turn and river barrels.

I have unlocked another $50 stellar reward and I won $100 on my first tournament of the year, which is the $100k freeroll on stars. I finished 163rd out of 11k+ players. Freerolls are the only tournaments im gonna play this year and im excited about the $1M freeroll a couple of weeks from now. Also won additional $2 in the all-in shootouts.

Results so far:

Total Hands: 130,249
Profit: $1,013.03 ($704.80)
bb/100: 3.08 (2.12)
PS All-in Shootouts: $4
Tournaments: $100
Stellar Rewards: $150
VPP's: 10,098.32
FPP Balance: 84,744.56

Net Profit: $1,267.03

I am, but i dont think my game is good enough yet. As you can see on my graph i basically just ran well and it looks like i just broke even for the 2nd half of last month. I'll give NL50 a shot once i get my first $1600 bonus, a couple of weeks from now.

SICK HEATER!!!!!!!!

Last week's graph:

The only i thing i did not like last week is that i didnt play during the weekends! It's hard to play while hungover lol.

I played 30 $1 Spin n go's because of the promo and profited $2! and won an additional $1 in the all-in shooutouts. So thats a total of a whopping $3 added to my bottom line.

The ultimate challenge is turning out to be very challenging for me. I need 3500 VPP's more, which is about 45k hands at NL25, and my deadline is on feb 14. So i might play more NL50 just to reach my $137.50 bonus.

I took my first shot at NL50 this week for about 1k hands and it went pretty good. i won $121.30 while just 6-tabling so i can focus more on my decisions. I will mix NL25 and NL50 next week, with good table selection.

Here is the updated results for 2015:

Total Hands: 157,518
Profit: $1,819.50 ($1,391.70)
bb/100: 4.47 (3.49)
PS All-in Shootouts: $5
Tournaments: $100
Spin N Go's: $2
Stellar Rewards: $150
VPP's: 12,346.70
FPP Balance: 92,645.80

Net Profit: $2,076.50
