I played a lot in micro limits (NL10) and had a win-rate over 10BB/100. From my experience at this limit it's not good to have the red line over to SD winnings. You do have to play aggressive and focus on your red line, but do it against exploitable opponents. Try to find spots when you auto-profit. I would recommend w34z3l's videos, because those are really awesome and I believe you could learn a lot from them. Against fishes/donks/stations it's better to wait for strong hands and value bet them, ABC!
I saw that you had a very though day, when you lost 11 buy-ins. My advice is to not concentrate on the outcome of your game so much. I believe that learning and becoming a better player should be your main goal. After that money will come automatically. Also, in my honest opinion 20bb/100 goal is unrealistical at NL5SH.
Are you reviewing your game? I find it very useful to review before every new "work day". I know it's hard and sometimes boring, but it's worth the effort.

Short comment on the 2 hands that you posted. With TJo I don't like to 4bet shove as bluff. One reason is that is better to bluff with Ax, Kx, hands because you have blockers on AA,KK and AK. Another reason is that the 3bet is already very big(15BB), you should find spots when the 3bet is around 9-10-11BB, then 4bet bluff to 22-25BB. This is a better strategy, then directly 4bet shoving. But be careful with this moves, don't do them often and do it against the right opponents.
The second hand with KQo would have been an okay spot to 4bet bluff for example. As played I don't really like the x/r for value on the flop. 1. If he has bluffs, which he will have often, you will lose value. 2. Nothing weaker will probably call, and nothing stronger will fold.
