Hi again well only 2 days have passed but its Monday, and alot has happened
BR combined dropped from $83 to $52
Woke up early Sunday sat at a few tables, fish heaven..... Was going well went up couple buy ins this guy shoving any 2 rivered me twice so Broke even that session, but my tourney addiction put me down approximately 2 buy ins
2nd session i played like shit and lost another couple
3rd session played well again but like the first the fish got the better of me

well 2 of my favorites, but after losing the 88 hand i tilted and 4b shove T9s and lost, all my losses were at 888 and b/e stars low volume

Well study wise have not done as much as id like just 1 video since saturday
TILT- i dont tilt often anymore been a while but after that T9 4bet i guess i got work to do

My cash game has gone well my losses are mainly mtts and im proud to say i played none today, my stars mtt limit is 0.01 and 888 cheapest tourneys are $1 so brm is impossible for me hence losses
ill use today for studying since im tilting and work on assessing ranges better as it was the reason for bad second session

well its a cash game challenge and i hope to mix in mtts later down the line

I just read the intro to your blog....
St. Lucia... it sounds very romantic and idyllic. I am actually really interested in all the small and tiny places in the world ( I work in Gibraltar, so ...enough said?).
How is life there? Do you have a constant proper internet connection for playing? I could imagine that it is really difficult on small communities. Here we had a Powercut on Sunday for the full night...

hey im back, had some difficulties with my laptop, then had to visit my ill sister, played a little in between but time has been very limited
hi Svenbe, well my internet connection is usually fine, but it is a lovely place indeed
life here is great, make some foreign currency and its really easy

well been playing cash exclusively at 888, went up roughly 7 buy ins nl4, so br stands at $87
However gotta revove $30 for dentist its very important

loved playing cash but still feel like mtt are my passion
im thinking of grinding mtts early on in the day when im usually idle if im not playing poker and cash later on in the day where i must accommodate my girlfriend into my schedule

Well past week has been great for playing and got some descent studing in but lots of room for improvement

Using Andrew Brokos hand reading system has worked well for me, however i need to finish watch the series and practice religiously

well played cash/mtts this week
5658 hands nl2/nl5 zoom resulting in +$41.74
101 tournaments +$308
current br $310.25+ 4.40Tmoney minus $143 i withdrawed

took deal 2/3 in $2.75 deep stack for $350, last 2 players weren't very good but it was a very long tourament and we all had above 100bb stacks so i accepted deal

well this has been my week review, wish i could talk about my improvements, leaks and hands but i was grinding more than studying wanted to make this week a big one

wasnt home yesterday so missed my usual monday updates
since last post
3rd for $94 .50 mtt got very unlucky there vs 2 huge fish
10th .50mtt got a little unlucky there again
1st for $235 in 2.75 deep stack
br 470 right now
reasons for being so low are withdraws
roughly $180
took additional $40 since last post to buy anniversary gift for gf

poker wise no studying playing like crap since 3rd place finish other than today which i took down 1st
been plaaying all the wrong games and deviated from my optimal play style
i stay away from turbos some what so 2.50 180s isnt one of my goals instead its 2.50 90man

and if u noticed i went cash/mtt to jus mtt im not sure what i wanna play as yet ♠_cry:

Do you have decided if you play only MTT’s or you play still MTT SNG’s as well?

hey guys been a mess poker wise
not playing well, tilting berating players dont know what went wrong this week
br took a huge hit so not gonna post it today
but im gonna play cash with occasional mtts, mtsngs are so annoying to me these days so i quit those indefinitely

So finally goals
Cash gonna start at nl10 to get confidence up
im gonna be learning religiously
after i win 3 buy ins convincingly im going up to next stake i got 12 buyins for
im gonna be 1 tabling for now until i feel im ready to expand
becuz im gonna be 1 tabling i wanna play stakes that are high enough to keep me interested
as usual im gonna be playing multiple networks to find best tables: where there is 1 or more players i have huge edge on a.k.a fish.... and i gotta hv position too. This is why i dont like pokerstars its tough to choose your seat if ever

Mtts occasional small buy in games like 10-20% of cash buy in
With a full cash buy in allocated to sundays non turbo mtts

Been a while since i made a post but got nothing to do
So whats been happening is i used 75% of br to go on dates with this new girl(i broke up with after a while )
Then i played like crap poor brm then blackjack lost my entire br
got my hands on $3.40 about 3 weeks ago played .25 45s, won a couple freerolls for about $100
Played $1 180s because i hate turbos won a couple
played mtts got 5 final tables at stars 3 wins 7th 9th
4 fts 888 and fred combined all within last 8 days
so br is no over $1000 in less than 3 weeks ( i wish i started a br challenge) $3.40 to 1k 3 weeks how cool does that sound
now grinding mtts and mtsngs, watching colins vids trying to improve as much as possible

Hey decided to change title and make this all about MTTs and MTSNGs
So as i said in last Post i started with $3.40 not too long ago had some success got to 1k in roughly 3 weeks
Im withdrawing $300 which leave me with right around $700

Goals for This week
Read Raisers Edge(browse through it)
And Moorman's Book

Despite Having a descent understanding of a few Math Concepts i really hate that aspect and i dont really study it because i wont learn anything

So i learn through experience and watching what people do in certain spots in videos etc

Volume i tend to put in a large number of games daily when im really grinding (70+)

In the coming week ill decrease volume and buy in, to work harder at my game, im really lacking in my 3bet and resteal game, floating, not betting enough rivers and bluff catching in bad spots

Finished 13th yesterday bluff catching bad spot dropped to 12bbs

Another area im trying to improve is being all in less often finding alternative lines and ways to build my stack

Hi all exactly a week since i lasted, alot has happened
Well in terms of improvement not much, dont commit to studying as much as i need to. But still playing well enough to beat 45s 90s and MTTs
So I made alot of deep runs, alot of disappointments deep. Many final 2 table bust with best hand of course
But managed to get 2 good runs in and a few mtsng wins
So Best results were:
3rd for $130 in a $3 MTT
4 way deal $5.5 Deep stack chip chopped in 1st place for $525
Yesterday i finished 11th after dominating all tourney with JJ vs TT and KK some guy called nearly half his stack to my 3bet and flopped trip 8 with 89o, so i was furious but went on to that 4 way deal so its all good

Goals: study and improve get a few more results under my belt to make an attempt at getting backed
I have had about 15 MTT final tables in past couple weeks so im on the right track

So BR is now $1700 maybe the quickest $3.40 has grown in poker

Good news, made 2 final tables today won $1 mtt field of over 1.7k for $296 i believe and tied for 1st $2.75 deep stacked for $215
comes at a good time considering since my win on saturday i hit a minor slump

Bad news i failed yet again at studying, my game is severely lacking, i also lack discipline, ill make the correct read and hit call button knowing im bad
and i also dont seem to be doing well at games past $5.5 alot of it is bad luck but when i do get an opportunity to do well i squander it
Also my push/fold icm ranges need work
Cant really present a gragh as i play across multiple networks and computers

BR $1800 (withdrew about $300)

hey yh most of my fts as of late are at pokerstars, thanks alot but one issue
long hours of mtts are doing some damage to my eyes so im switching to cash 6max zoom
my main game is pokerstars deep stacked games made quite a few fts in them and 3 or 4 wins i think, but winning means roughly 16hours i cant do that very often anymore so cash it is with occasional mtt grind, cash might actually help me become better at mtt, so thanks and good luck with your games also
