OK, first week over.
Started very strong than fell back due to poor play and variance.
Had some issues with overplaying mediocre hands.
Had to drop back into by line of defence at NL5
Overall played:

Hands: 4400 (3000 NL10 + 1400 NL5)
Profit:-67,38
Bankroll: 82,64€ + +38,82 @ PKR

I have opened a new account at PKR and made a min deposit of 10€.
In ran tournament tickets and cash games into a profit of +38,82.
If I'd count that toward my bankroll, I would still be allowed to play NL10 at may standard site. However, I will not do that before I cash out at PKR, therefore I will count that separtately.

What is that "value check" tool?

Value Check is a timer + loss/win tool which alerts certain values are reached.
like "Tiltbreaker" but for free.

Week 2:

On Pokerstars:
started again pretty hot and fell back again. Got into gambling mode, feeling really strong and got punished.

On PKR:
PLaying without a HUD is actually nice. forces to be more concentrated. Still it would be nice to get the hands at least into PT4 for review. Does anybody know how to do that?

Anyhow, played quite good and made a nice profit. I cashed out some (48USD) to recover my initial deposit of 10 EUR. This means that 32 EUR count towards my total bankroll.

Overall, I have a slight + after 2 weeks. This week I am on vacation with family playing only very little. so volume will be really down.

Summary

Hands: 3022 (NL5) + ??? @ PKR - if anybody knows how to get the hands into PT4 please let me know

Week 3:

The week was not really good.
NL10 was steadily losing money.
Looks like I was not able to put in really concentrated play. Probably I should not have played at all, given the circumstances.
Played a lot (spare time during vacation) but obviously at too many tables

I was lucky enough though to cash in a MTT using a bonus ticket, so that I still have a positive weekly result.

Plan for coming week:

- play only when undistracted
- when distractions start, whatever they may be, STOP (unless huge whale at the table). But eben then consider stopping
- take more frequent breaks for checking stat of mind and play level (every 30 min)
- 3 tables max
- do not look at chashier

Hands: 8587 (4564 @ NL5 + 4023 @ NL10) + ??? @ PKR

This was the first losing week out of three, so no need to worry. However the loss would have been much bigger, but for a 3-way suck-out, for almost 300BB.
A quite interesting fact is the following:

Session length < 60min: 14 sessions total, 4 losing, total profit = +350BB

Hand #1: ‚I think play until river was OK. Calling R was an error. Rangewise I am slightly ahead, if we start with w34z3l’s ranges. Villain is played passive so far, like drawing to something or having flopped trips, therefore should his bet be respected

Hand #2: another one where R fold is mandatory. On the other hand I should have shoved the flop

Week 5:

Another so and so week, at least at Pokerstars.
It appears that PKR is much softer, however as I cannot get the hands into PT4 I have cashed out my roll and use it PS.

Gamewise, I played better that the week before. I spewed less and called less out of frustration when R hit a passive drawing player or when they turned aggro all of a sudden.

Summary

Hands: 1600 (@ NL10) + ??? @ PKR
Profit: -10.19 EUR
Bankroll: 144.40 EUR = 4.00 EUR @ PS + 0.0 USD @ PKR + 140.40 EUR cashout ( to be reinvested @PS)

Week 6:

First week which is worth mentioning on Stars. Moved some of my chased out roll to Pokerstars and concentrated on playing there.
However it becomes more and more obvious that playing long sessions (longer than 30-45 Min) is really hurting my win rate.
Look at the graph below:

The blue arrow indicates Friday night.
Until then I have been playing mainly short sessions at few tables in an undistracted environment. From Friday night on, mainly playing at home with family around, beer and TV.

Anyhow overall made some progress.

Haha, that reminds me of many beer-sessions i had on NL2. I think it is great fun to chase the bad players there when being a bit more deep :-)

yeah, maybe I should do that, drop down in stakes, when I feel like gambling.

Actually, I sometimes play some MT SnG's, like 45-180's. I may not win there, but I certainyl do better than losing 400BB at NL10 like I did this weekend.

BTW, there were no really interesting hands in this strech.
maybe these ones, where I think I made good folds. Which given that I have a tendency to call out of frustration, although I think I am beaten, is a good thing.

This is an example, where I should have folded against this quite passive villain?

Week 7:

Had a good week. It is great to be on the right side of variance.

Concentrated on playing shorter sessions (less than 90 min).
When I felt like gambling played some SnG's and also played some NL5 on Full Tilt.
Was lucjy to get some of my favorite whales at my table.

I also studied some of w34z3l's more recent videos. I like them a lot. With my new Gold status I was able to access some new content.

find good spots to fight a little bit more post-flop

Week 8:

Another awsome week. Combination of running good and being lucky + rakeback and of course excellent play (LOL) let me pad my bankroll.
Actually crossed the threshold to NL25 by 1$. So I played two sessions already there finishing ahead.

keep playing like this: controlled, maximum of 3 tables = success
find good spots to fight a little bit more post-flop = success

mark interesting hands for review = failed

continue controlled agressive play
work on cbetting

Week 9:

Gave it all back, almost.
My excursion to NL25 was quite short. after losing 3 BI in quick succession I had to drop back to NL10.
I did not feel bad about that, but on the other hand I had the feeling that NL25 is significantly tougher.
Number of UK and Belgian fish is much lower. Playing OOP is almost impossible. Overall I felt very uneasy.
Back at NL10 I made the mistake to attempt to take advantage of fish in a much more aggro way. To vent off my frustration from NL25 at them. Anyhow, after dropping some BI I sabilized myself again.

work on cbetting - semi-failed

The plan for this week is to :
- concentrate on position
- more agro IP and a bit more patient OOP
- manage pot size better in relatzion to position, opponent and actual hand strength

Week 10:

Had a good week playing at 888. I was feeling very comfortable. However trafic was relaitvely low, and it was hard to find more than 2 good tab les at a time.
Therefore I expanded my BRM a bit to account for the stakes at 888.

The current BRM looks like this:
Defence line = NL5 (0-100€) 0 – 20 stacks
NL10 100-300€ 10 – 30 stacks
NL20 300-600€ 15 – 30 stacks - currently playing here
NL25 300-600€ 12 – 24 stacks
NL30 600-900€ 20 – 30 stacks - and here
NL50 600-1000 12 – 20 stacks

The plan for las week :
- concentrate on position - check
- more agro IP and a bit more patient OOP - check
- manage pot size better in relatzion to position, opponent and actual hand strength - check

Plan for coming week:
keep up aggression
even more position awareness, especuially 3 betting
no more calling vs. passive opponents
