I ,ve startet do read Application of No... and started to work really hard on my Game. So i didn´t play a lot this weak.
But i ´ve learned a lot, and are working on my c-bet and callingfrequencies.

Ok, so ´ve started to build momentum and post more Hands in the Forum. My Progress is getting better and better. I even searched for a coach, who is maybe going to coach me for a few hours from December.He even gave me some homework allready. I have to learn Gametheory:f_love: I ´ve started and onlinecourse, and have to prepare notes, because he even dosn´t want to negotiate with me about coaching, if i am not prepared. And than let´s see, how it goes. He plays a lot of higher stackes. So he wants his prize. That means, i have to grind a lot more, to earn rakeback to be able to pay him I dont have to, but i want to pay pokerlessons from Poker, and not from my regular job.So i started to play 8 Tables, and it works quite well. But in some spots, i lost a bit my concentration, but in the same time i´am quite aggressive in other spots. On my graph below you can see my progess for the last week so far:

So stay tuned. I have to do now my first Gametheory-Homework and then go to bed. I have to wake up early tomorrow.

Hi,

yeah let´s give an update. So things are going to be better and better. I did now two major ganges. I stoped consuming sugar , that means no bread and stuff like that. A lot of tea, just one coffee in the morning, no milk and so on. It´s the so called paleo diat. And after 2 days a feel allready the difference. I´m a lot fresher, not so tired in the afternoon at work, AND, mor focused at the tables. And the good thing is, i don´t tilt anymore. It´s incredible. You can read here, if you want to Link Text...
I also bought me some Runner-Outfit and started to run regulary. But i am at he beginning, so 15 minutes a day is enough.

I also bought the MGOP part 2, because i want to improve my pokerstudy-habits. So lets see where it goes:f_thumbsup:

btw the last hand... i don't know.. for me it looks very spewy. Of course you have backdoors on the flop, but he - counting in FE on these limits, I would not go further and lay it down on the flop (if i got there at all!)
