I am not happy at all about how I played yesterday but the volume . I made a mistake by playing 9 tables at a time from 6 that I was used to and this affected my postflop game and my thinking process . Not gonna do this again . At the of the day I played some zoom and I found it easier to focus only on 2 tables at a time while the volume is still decent in the end so for today I will only play zoom and I hope for the best.

Do you see any reason in betting the river too ? I think a bet on the river could only get me value from AK only so I decided to x back .
His range on the flop contains AK / AA / QQ / 88 / KK / KQ less likely as I have it . I don t expect him to bet that big with a draw hand unless it is a monster draw like JTs . Anyways I raise big OTF because I am ahead of his range most of the times here and I get called ( if he had a set here I expect him to come over the top and reraise coz the board is just so ugly even for his set ) . Now on that turn card I thought that bet/folding is the best play ,I can still get value from AA / AK type of hands with A of diamond and If I get raised folding no problemo. He calls again , if he had a made hand OTT I expect him to shove because he is OOP ,but cant be sure about that tho...

I like your play, am very impressed! Keep up the good work! Hand number 4, I would have made a thin value bet indeed since not many hands will call you. Nevertheless, I would bet very thin. However, I believe the book you are reading is arguing about our limited river experience/knowledge plus the amount of choices and factors that comes to it and therefore not always make optimal decisions.

Looks good. I am not sure for the good fold-part. My thinking says that AK gives enough equity for a 4-bet, especially against someone with a wider opening range than average. A 3Bet stat of 7 is of course good but it shows that he may do it a bit lighter from time to time for stealing purposes. I think I would opt in for initiative and 4Bet. With a call and a K OTF you are drawing at worst (because QQ+ he definitely shoves pre). I don't know much about the equity you then have but I think it gives you a better opportunity to steal the pot IMO.

How has the board changed on the turn or river that you call vs his range OTF but not on the river?
What is his range PRe, OTF, OTT and OTR in your opinion?
if you call pre and hit TPTK and by the river the board is quite dry and you still fold. What did you expect to hit with AK?

My opinion
Preflop I quite like call IP to the SB with AK, , however you give more equity to the CO to call you. In that respect it is debatable and I would more often go for a cold 4bet. He has 5% overall but with 17k hands you might have some more specific stats (like SB vs CO resteal).

As played, you hit TPTK, your are only 2 in a 3 bet pot and your are IP, pretty ideal situation. I really like your check playing for pot control with a good hand.
Again, checking the turn is good as the board does not change much vs his range

Also by just calling pre, calling the flop cbet and checking behind the turn you really under-rep your hand, IMO you rep a hand like 99-JJ or possibly A♣:T♣: or A♣:J♣:

Again I probably would be leveling myself at NL5 but still , repping this range it seems that the nearly pot size bet is more aiming to make you fold your weak hand. more over the 2♠: doers not change anything whatsoever. So I would definitely call the river.

So if you are going to fold on the river with this line, you might as well fold pre...
