PT4's Small Stakes license is up to $22 inclusively, so Monday Twins will be tracked, but the $55 MTTs won't. (I like the idea of Twins promo - it gives better and more diverse chances to win than Stars' Daily Double Jackpot, which was a total failure.) They're not enough to make start playing at 888, though 
Have you thought about adding PKR.com? I adore it that it offers so many options to dress my avatar up (though I'm rather bad at it

I'm tempted to make it look more like you next time when I change it... hope your boyfriend don't mind it; feel free to give me advice on how to dress it (I'd like the tattoos to be visible, though, which means that I prefer clothes with no sleeves).
PKR MTTs are of good value despite the fact that they have small fields (more like Stars MTT SnGs, so they're very suitable for a short evening grind), except for a couple of major annoyances - rebuys and addons are raked fully :f_mad:, and the addon dialog doesn't pop over other tables, so people often miss the addon, have requested for years to make that window pop up.
PT4 doesn't work there at all, the HM2 HUD works properly only if there's one tourney table running, buy-ins aren't written into hand histories, but that doesn't matter - the player pool is so small that notes can be taken manually on all regs and recurrent weak opponents by watching replays.
I play jackpot SnGs, though, because I like to play with gamblers but I truly hate sitting for very long playing for big money. I don't know how you, MTT specialists, can ever cope with large tourneys - they're insanely hard psychologically.
I don't know what the upcoming big February changes at PKR ('The New Dawn') will bring; they'll likely be good for recreational players but meh for pros. There's been a noticeable shift towards promotion of casino and sportsbook offerings, and there have been obscure 'personal point targets' sent out to inboxes of mainly recreational players (I can't complain, though, because I did get a personal December offer that was extremely awesome - a $200 casino slot bonus for raking $75 ).
