Yesterday ! First session after my last super tilt ! It was not so good !
I bluf💸,I call to much💸 and played more LAG than NitTAG ! It became a minus💸of 44BB over~ 700 hands! In today's sessions I'm careful not to repeat yesterday's mistakes ! I buy in with 100BB , I'm bad at playing with shortstack!

It is monday and time for the uggley truth!

Monday february 8
Played ~500 hands! Started as usual with donating half off my BR. Then i manage to calm my self and stop (chasing draws, bluf, calling to much) and start to fold more often. I open fairly wide ~28/24--- 25/20 but play more fit or fold. With these adjustments I stop loosing and manage to turn a 150BB set back to only -2BB. I set a timestop for my sessiones and had to stop there!
Tuesday feb.9
The first session today went as normal ! I play as planned about 100 hands. 👹 Then comes the usual , 😒 I do not believe you call , followed by a 😂bluff and suddenlyI'm all in with worse! 💸
Managed to calm down and take back most of the loss!
Second session !!
Managed to lose everything !!! Now I have $ 0.03 + $ 0.55 RB !
RB paid out by:f_pleased: Monday, so there will be a timeout until then!
I have to try to do as him we all want to forget did, is not down to $ 0 but almost !

I have some sports beting money on a Swedish site and played a poker session there, in which I played so so and dropped a bit due to the common call and bluf syndrome ! Then I was fortunate to get a whale to the table, I succeeded to isolating him in two all-in hands, took him for 200BB before he leaving the table.

My future in poker now dependes on my play on a swedish poker room, where I have some assets from sports betting! I will try to build a new BR there!
I 'm not going to spend more of my private funds in poker right now ! If I fail I may take a longer timeout.
Maybe I should quit poker entirely , it has cost a lot of money ! Two and a half to three thousand dollars at least! Certainly over > 5 years, but still!
What 's the point of playing if I can not get better than this?

Go in with $ 180 and is aiming for $ 1800!
The start went well! Played about 500 hands at Party and almost doubled BR at Party.

Tusday Party NL2 started well up a BI! But!
Played to loos as and lost focus completely!
Quickly lost 4 BI and my BR on the Party is down to 2 1/2 BI to NL2.
Not at all surprising that I Tilt and decided to quickly take back $ $ by playing on NL10.
Bought in with what I had left! It went well at first, and I doubled up! Dropped down to $ 8!
Then Tilt with a capital T! All-in with QAo pre F!

Wendsday Played an hour. With mixed results, but up ~ $ 1.
I play NL4 on 2 tables and BI with minimum, i.e. 30BB but dont leave table when I reach a fixt level.
I am extremely tight and fold the most!
The Nit game is because I have a minimal BR at Party and I really want to show that it is possible to build a roll from almost nothing! A challenge within the challenge.

Thursday SvS. NL100skr = ~ NL $ 12. 2bord started out playing off one BI against a couple of maniacs. I played both tight and loose, no structure at all!
Ended a little plus

It seems as if I have become more patient and discipline! Today I played ABC poker for real

The good thing is that I learned from this mistake, I have probably made the same mistake before without taking lessons. Now I have to learn to pay attention to other things that I am doing wrong, or right!

When I had lost 50 SEK (~ $ 6) I had a little panic!
I want to take back what I lost as quickly as possible and chased draws! It led me to quickly lose another $6 !

I know I can't chase the draws or bluffing this time! I manage better this time, and got the stack in against KK!

I am sorry for being late. But I had to sort some things out first!

This is my graf for SvS and it looks very nice I Think. But it seems to be just good varians! Next two grafs give a different story of my skills!

This is Party where I loos small and then tilt and buy in at NL10 with just $14 left and lost it all!

This is SvS graf from yesterday, not this rapport week! I get it here to show my tendenses, up as the sun and down as a panncake!

I play 2-3 5max tables at SvS on~NL$6
Cons. No RB and No bonus
Benefits. Rake 2,5% and extremely soft

In order to get my grafs Point just up, and not up and then make a free fall down. I have set up some Guidelines to end this rollercoaster play!

Poker at levels up to NL5 (NL10) does not require so much tactics!
Actually, I do not need to think about more than my own cards and to some extent the type of player I have against me and their tendencies !
Fold or value-bet! ABC poker no bluf no FP!
The most important thing is to AVOID TILT!
(On the levels in ( ) above I think I need to know at least the basics about EQ, combos, card remowal and Ranges, fold EQ and image.)
Levels above that, I am not ready for them yet!
