I am not entirly sure if C/f wouldnt be better as from the way he played that it looks like a bigger pocet then me and only thing reason to call here would be to catch a bluff but maybe I am mistaken.

I think OTR it would be better to C/C or C/x or rather C/Decide. I was putting him on small pocket or AK AQ, but in that case I think I should still check and catch a bluff. But still some opinions would help greatly.

Hi,

Worst session ever yestarday.

it was worst and best at the same time. I lost a lot of money but throughout whole session I was feeling like I play good poker.

Main thing is that I am really happy for it to happen as it was first in 20 sessions that I pleyed.

Nut not much one can do about running KK into AA and Trips into Fullhouse or Two pair into set.

Not much to analise as most of the hands where I lost big were just coolers and nasty surprises.

Today I am going to play another session hopefully better than yestarday and than report on bankroll challenge.

Well I gues it didnt went so bad as yestraday I lost only 29,95

I am going to take a break till monday or tuesday asses my game and come back to teh tables again.

Hi There,

It is a bit upsetting but my first attempt at NL10 failed after what looked like promising first session. My BR is at around $250 and I need to step down to NL5 .I know it is still more than 25BI but after losing around $80 in past 4 sessions I feel like going down, rebuilding BR and making another shot when hitting $350 is most sensible thing at the moment.

I am going to play another session today in the evening but that is how it is going to look now.

So my next goal is to Grow my BR to $350 playing NL 5 and than make another attempt at NL10.

As for Bank roll Challenge I lost quite a lot in first two sessions this week and even tough todays session was good I still finish the week worst off then when I started.

But If anything I am persistent and stubborn so one way or the other I am going to get there. After all that is what has given me everything else in life, and that is what poker really have tought me. so Again keep calm and carry on.

Thank you for the inventation I will use it next time.

I really like the Gib. All those places one can see on such a small area, it is like Spanish version of UK. How one cannot love it ? The Rock, Ocean Village, The Clipper (nice bar in Irish street :)) the sun and the Monkeys and prices of alcohol and Cigarettes as cheap as I have ever seen it

It was cold you say ? It was perfect for me around 20 everyday and blue sky. Coming back to London was bit of shock to my system 1 and raining

Holidays made me really motiveted to play poker as one can see from my Bankroll it is really needed now But as one wise man said "There is not progress without struggle"

AgapieGheorghe you should definitly visit Gib espessialy if you live nearby It is probably The best Rock in the World worht seeing and worth going there And as said above for me nothing beats the prices there Even in the Pub 3 £ for a beer is nowhere to be seen in London. Not to mention amazing place near the border in La Linea Where you got pint of beer in frozen glass for 2 Eur

So to the better luck in Poker and more holidays like the one in Gib

Hmmmm I have come back to basics ABC poker like:

Tight is right
Out and odds
Cbet control (depending on Flop structure)
and just being persistent in it
Not to mention good old Starting hand chart for reference and reminding how much there is still to learn

The Results are a bit better this week due to one really good sesion one average and one a bit bad

The thing that is bugging me a little bit it seems that despite quite a volume I am not quite getting the hands and when I do I get into a lot of coolers which I guess it is what I loved in this game in the first place. It resemble life in so many ways At least for me.

I always have some obejctive more like a dream.
I want it.
Then I want it even more
Then I fail
and fail
and fail and fail again
and than I want it even more than I want breathing
and than when most people are turning back and saying ehhh I guess is not for me I want it so badly that it becomes really important and I put everything I got and even bit more into whatever it is
and than another few failures
and after that I am on the top of the mountain when most of the people manage to quit half way trough it

So As said before "no progress without strugle" and if this requiers persistance and patient I do have plenty of that.

Next update around Thursday as I going for yet another short break. This time in Poland.

Unfortunetlly my break was longer than expected due to Refurbrishment of the house taking longer than anticipated and other personal matters I would rather not disscuss . As for my challenge I missed the reporting period yesterday and I am not sure if I can still participate

Either way It was quite a valuable week for me and I decided to play way less tables 4 instead of 9 and change from Fulling to Short-handed. I want to focus on basics and gain valuable experience not to mention that I really need to focus on something that used to bring me a lot of returns. Meaning observing and exploiting weaker players instead of just bringing in huge volume with no warranty for the results.

If I cannot participate any more and will need to have a break please let me know.
