I am not a good enough player to be winning in the micros .

With that out of the way and after acknowledging the problem my long term goal is to move up the stakes ( wouldnt mind the steaks either ) like everybody else.

After mostly grinding cash games with no success ( not much fail but not any success ) i decided to take a more methodical approach to my game and record my progress and current actions .

Here is a graph of my last 100k hands

My current short term goals are
Get my BR from 300 usd to 600-700 usd so i can move to 25nl
Reach the BR challenge 1500 usd goal .
To be more confident when to cbet flop/turn and also when to check turn and bluff catch river.
Learning to 3better better especially in late positions and chosing my targets more wisely.
Get into a study group for 10-25 nl.
Learn to fold more. I know this is one of my biggest leaks i am not folding enough to raises and cbets .

Once i get those in order i will focus on learning to better identify and exploit players.
I work with a coach whenever my poker withdrawals allow it and also leech from a very good friend who is also a high stakes coach on this site.

Non poker related info :

I am a competitive junkie :) I obviously enjoy and strive to win in everything i am doing but i also enjoy the challenge of stuff. In the past ive dabbled with other card games like MTG and HS but for the moment being Poker and POE keep my gaming addiction well fed :) .

Currently i am playing in Stars zoom , 3 tables usually , and sometimes 2 if i am tired or for any reason feel i am playing significantly worse so i can focus a bit more on what i am doing and have more time to process .

You check, villain bets $4.78 into a pot of $9.56 - and now?

Would you be folding the As as well ? He is giving us better odds than our required equity to call with both bets

I wanted to express with my post that -unless you hit an Ace or King - you are always still in trouble on the turn. You MAY have a Flushdraw or Gutshot than - but what does it help you? There will only be one more card to come and more or less you will be All In by than... So, fold it to the minraise and observe with what type of cards your opponent is doing this to know for the future how to act.

From the point of view of not giving up autoprofit, you need to defend around 80% against his raise here. Generally thought, it is better to defend oop less than that. I'd say AK with spade would be somewhere on the border of this 80% percents, at least from how I am imagining your range in this situation. So I'd personally here continued if was IP, but fold OOP
