How do average winrates (bb/100) compare from FR to SH? For instance would a good shorthanded player have a higher winrate in bb/100 than a good fullring player or are they similar?

thanks

Hi!

Huge part of being a succesfull player is having a good table selection(actually without it you can be teoreticly very good but lose if you play on tables full of good oponents). For that reason most players start switching to shorthanded games as they are looser whcih brings more action and more bad players(as they love action:) )

FR games are very often full of TAGs and in addition they promote very tight play so you cant beat the rake on smaller stakes.

But all in all there is no difference in win rate between FR/SH

Additional consideration is rake. If the site has quite high rake and loose players I would prefer play FR as you might pay as much as 1BB/100 hands less in rake on FR.
