I ve been using Elephant a couple of months but few days ago I reinstalled Windows and used the new license. I was using it two or three days and then my computer broke down again and I reinstalled windows once again. Now my profile page says I cannot generate any further licences. Is there any way to get a new license to make my Elephant work?

Hi,
Please write a ticket to the PS.com support (via Help in the navigation bar here in the forum) and explain your problem. They will send you with a new license.

yeah, i've got the same problem.. am afraid of reinstaling windows cuz i wont have elephant after that due to the license..

Don't worry: Just write a support ticket -> They will provide you a new license asap.
Those cases will be handled very user friendly: A reinstall or version update of windows will build a new machine code and you will of course get your license again.
