^^^My mouse, along with one of the dudes from 2M2M^^^
I broke my little finger a few years ago so have a little metal screw in the joint, so obvs i dont have full mobility in that finger. The point is i grind between 4-8 hours a day and its confortable doesnr course any cramps etc.

Less tilt resistant if you know what i mean though
Personally i'm going to get this soon
But if that's too expensive, i'd recommend Logitech G5 mouse or a wireless version of those..
I have this one:

Logitech MX Revolution. I can definitely recommend it. Very comfortable, buttons in all the right places as well as the fancy scroll wheel (it's underrated).
Though there may be better/newer models by now, I don't exactly keep up with mice tbh
//edit: they now have the "performance mouse MX", which has the "unifying" receptor (one USB dongle for all logitech mice and keyboards), plus it works even on glass surfaces. fancy!
I have myself Logitech M705 - very good mouse. If you are searching for a good mouse, I´d reccomend you to look at Logitech top models, these are really comfortable and working well on lots of surfaces (best of all is ofcourse mouse mat for laser mouse).
I seriously need to upgrade my mouse.
Just a thought though; Have you ever considered using keyboard shortcuts/hotkeys?
There are several good hotkey programs around like Table Ninja for example.
I want the Mamba. But I'm not sure i can justify spending that on a mouse.
In saying that I did buy a dinovo edge and the mx revolution when they both initially came out. Maybe i can!
