Preflop raise should be bigger, ~160. In dry flop half pot is good. In river bet to 900-1000 would be my choice. Anyway SB rarely has anything better than Tx here so three street value is quite rare result

Yeah you only blew it preflop. If he's a fish/calls everything as you say he would have called a proper 5x raise instead of that mini 3x raise you made. And you would have gotten more value in the following streets.

is this in rebuy period? if it is raise bigger preflop maybe even shove to look weaker, then bet 3/5 pot on flop then depending on effective stacks and board texture u should bet on turn amount that will let u when u got called to have like max 1/3 pot size stack left so u can shove on river

i bet 200-250 on flop, then on that turn ~500 or 1+1/2pot~900, and if i bet 500 ill bet 3/5 pot on most river if board pairs i'll shove, if i over bet pot on turn and got called i shove nay river

as u played, if u dont over bet turn, 1k on river is good size or shove, that pot size bet is screaming strength (shove looks weaker and u r giving him excuse to call, cos if he is calling full pot on river he is also calling an over bet shove on river)

First of all: Betting on all streets is fine. Take all the value you can get, but in general you block any A so that you cant expect to get too much action anyway.

As said before, your raise size preflop and on the flop should be bigger. (150-250 pre, ~3/4 pot on flop). Your turn bet should be around 1/2 pot, on the river you can place a small value bet or even shove and hope, your opponent levels himself into a call.

This adverts to a regular freeze out. In a rebuy your betsizes should be bigger, such as potsize bet on flop, maybe even pot turn etc.
