Hand4: as you already said - this isn't good. just muck such a trashy hand in utg.

Hand5: overcalling preflop is fine. mainly to hit a set. What are you trying to accomplish with your pot sized bet on the flop? it won't be called by worse hands and the only better hands which might fold are 77-99. so this is neither a valuebet nor an efficient bluff. check/folding this flop 3way should be your standard play.

Hand6: nice hand - standard isolation raise

On hand 5, i overcalled to see if i hit a set as you say.

And ideed looking back, i probably woudl only have been called with better hands.

I simply raised to try and take the pot down. I suspected they both missed it.

It might be a bad habit, but i tend to bet paired flops regardless if i hit or not.

Attacking paired boards from time to time is ok (but pay attention to betsizing - if you pot, they have to fold 50% of the time which is much), but i don't like it in this spot since the JTT board hits their ranges quite well and you really don't get many better hands to fold. i'd like the play much more on boards where they have missed more often or with at least a semi-bluff-type hand which can improve sometimes if you're called

Hand5 is check/fold ... they hit this flop very well and there are much draws possible
