Thank you, I appreciate your help. I am currently studying the NO BS course and Hans the Great course on how to crush fish in 2015. It has helped me alot!

This has been my first month only playing 6max. Mostly playing NL2 and some sessions at NL5. I decided to stay at NL2 now until I get 50BI for NL5 and I just been adding more tables to get out of my comfort zone a little. I think 4-6 tables is my best and I would like to play 8-12.

This week play 10K hands 6 tables max.

Week 2 was good in results but half the volume I wanted. Played a couple sessions at 5nl and made 2 BI`s.

Week 3 the result is good. I only played a couple sessions of NL5 during the week. Had alot of hours at work and went out a couple nights.

Goal for this week is 5K hands.

Week 4

I played a total of 2689 and made a profit of $20.45. Results good, Volume low.

This was a rollercoaster session, manage to finish with a small profit. I got rivered at one point and it did affect my emotions because I played a few pots after that very badly vs the same player. I think this happens to me often and I will work on fixing this sort of tilt in the future maybe by doing some logical thinking when this happens because it does hurt my winrate.

Time for an update here, I have made a 2 week schedule that I will follow and it has me playing 19 hours with 6 hours of study each week. The rest of the time I am either working or doing some other personal development activity. I will then adjust this schedule and by next year I should have a nicely organised life.

Example of today:
Monday:
• 7a.m. Wake up, 5mins Meditation, Meal 1, Exercise.
• 8a.m. Study Slot 1
• 9a.m. Meal2, Post challenge on pokerstrategy Blog
• 10a.m. Make lunch, get ready and go work.
• 11a.m. work, Meal 3
• 7-8p.m. Finish work
• 8p.m. Meal 4, Warm-up
• 9p.m. Play 3hrs (30-break-30-break-1hr-break-30-break-30) Cool down, 5min meditate
• 1a.m. Sleep

I will make it more detailed as I go along by knowing precisely what I am going to study, eat, workout etc. I am also playing less tables to be able to focus better and not just play auto-pilot. Hopefully this knew approach will help me move up to where I want to be.

Today I hit a stop/loss. I played 4 tables NL10 and after 915 hands I lost 8 BI's! This week has been overall up/down but today was terrible. It has been a while since I had such a bad day and I guess that I just need to take a good +24hr break and clear my head from all the noise. I am proud that I did tilt at various moments and did continue to play my best, well the best that I can. I was so close of just moving up to nl25 and now it seems so far again.

I am eating better, studying more, playing more and good things will happen at some point.
