My lucky 888$ money (sidestory aboout my 2nd bankroll)

Back then it was easy to get free money, so getting 88$ from 888 over ps.de did not sound tooo far fetched, although I did not expect to get the whole bonus without cashing in. Well but what to do with 2$ as a cash gamer? Well, as there is 50bb buy in at NL2 888 tables anyway, I just started playing 1 table to see where it goes... 1$ up 1$ down.. up.. down.. 50c left after a random casino games (of which I did not understand the rules), screw it! No luck with the additional 1$ tournament tickets either.
So I had 2 tickets for 1$ tournaments left on 888 Poker. I decided to play multitable SNGs 40 players and 60 players and cashed both. Awesome, back to about 10$ again. Free money always feels good
I never really played Zoom tables but, as my bankroll was so small I thought lets focus on 1 table of SNAP (the 888 version) and I had an awesome run despite of the strange 50bb buy ins at NL2. After about 1 hour and a half I was up 6 or 7$
Thats 17$ bankroll from 50c of the beginngin of the day. I can live with that, considering that was about 20-25% of my total bankroll at that point.

Yesterday I had a good run and made a 20% increase of my bankroll up to 116$
Not too bad considering I started off with 64$ and it took me some time to find my way back into the game. So it took me a couple of days and a couple of bucks until I started getting more and more confident again.

About the Challenge:
Starting Bankroll: 118$
Bankroll Goal: 1000$

Although the first month went pretty good, there was a lot I could have done better. Especially the first 2K hands a made some terrible choices. I played NL5 on 4 tables which was definitively overkill. One hand I remember going broke with nut straight. When the chips went over too villain I realized that I was missing one card.. Anyways without the first 2K hands my winrate was really nice at 14ptBB/100 so I guess I was running pretty well (but still a bit under EV)

Besides that I still have some issues I have to work on (who would have thought?)
I started to go through all the bronze content the first weeks and watched some videos on ps.de . Although I remembered most of the concepts it's good to get some freshening up.. Its been a long time and although the basics remain the same a lot has changed and I have to catch up on the recent years developments. By now I am back on silver and there's a lot more content I got to get through.

Still, at the moment I feel like I am crushing the micros and I think most value at the time is in just grinding. In future I will have to properly review more of my hands. So far I had a lot of fun and hardly got frustated even when I ran bad.

Did I tilt this reg? He was dealing bad with 3-bets so I kept picking on him..

Villain was a total Maniac, he bluffed at every possible spot even with complete air. I expected him to bluff pretty much 100% of his non flush hands. Also, if he had a flush, why would he turn it into a bluff if he has some weak flush he can win with? Not sure what he would do with weak flushes, though.

As my bankroll is decent now, I will take agressive shots at NL10. Tankroll this shit !

second day at NL10 was fantastic! I quit because of FTP makes it hard to get to another table with 100bb again and I did not want to play deep for too long..

Indeed @advanced, I had some great fun. First I did not feeling like playing anymore because I woke up early this morning so I played some poker for some hours So I was a bit tired already, but I really wanted to play some more NL10. What can I say, I am glad I did. 50$ up for today, now its time to chill.

Btw. I think early morning on the weekends is a great time to play, so many fish probaply still up drunk or fucked up some other way. Gotta stick to the MJ, stay chilled and take their money.

Ok, last two days I played quite a lot. Beneath a lot of suckouts and setups I also played some pretty bad hands.
My main Problems at the moment are
- making expansive bluffs on players that call too much
- not giving enough credit to regulars on turn and river
