My first session, I realized that I overestimated my approach, I was playing weak, hoping to just hit hands, giving up too easly, not fighting for pots. You can see it got a little bit better at the end.

I took a quick look at your ranges and overall those look ok. There is some things I would personally change but it doesn't mean yours are bad. I noticed that you seem to open raise a bit tighter than me but still you have quite wide 3bet range. I would for example open more pocket pairs and suited connectors from MP and fold those easily dominated hands like KJo,K9s,Q9s. But your ranges can work just fine

Hello la55i. Yes I have some leaks in my ranges, will work on that once I have a big enough sample to see what part of range is working for me and what doesn't.

So far I've played 5k hands, hmm not so good, I still have to work on my general approach, sometimes I give them too much credit, sometimes not, having thoughts like " cmon it's only NL2 " and even though it is only NL2, I need to take it more serious if I want to move up.

I need to take a closer look on what happend when I lost 4 BIs in ~ 400 hands, mostly without showdown. I will post my results once a week and some tough spots and thoughts during the week.

I took a quick look at your hands. If you want better in-depth reviews of them I suggest you post them on our hand discussion forum

#1, I would definitely squeeze. When we are multiway and we hit you can donk flop. I think you under-rep your hand a bit and that half pot donk OTR doesn't make much sense. It is close but I think folding is ok.

#3, you could fold OTF but I think calling is not a big mistake. I would fold at least OTT.

#5, I think I would call his small raise OTR.

#1-wp #2. im not folding this as villain looks like a fish with incomplete stacks. unless you have some reads
#3- I wouldve folded the turn, too much strengh shown on a mono board and then keep betting, #4- I have no clue on that one, probably call and cry if there is a straight. he might have lots of 2pair on there as well.
#5- I would make a crying call as we have 2 pair.

#2 - I just figured that once he triple barrel there are not many hands that I beat on the river other than pure bluffs, overplayed weaker Kx, QQ, JJ, that assuming he's IP, he would probably just check back OTR.

#3 - Yes, fold turn at most or even fold flop to make life easier, especially being OOP.

#4 - Well straight got there, flush got there, in my experience on the micro, even though it's super face-up donkbet on that river flush, it's mostly flush, especially PSB.

#5 - I did call, he had 66.

I am doing kind of a similar thing as you are.
I have started on nl2 a week ago basically and ran 10 bi into 20. My aim is to get to nl10 with a agressive BR, after that we will see.
I do not have a bluff 4b range until I get to nl10. I believe that most times the people at nl2-nl5 will be true and will play straight forward.
From nl10 or even nl25 a bluff 4b range needs to be in our game not before.
We just need to play straight aggro poker and get the nits money ♠_drink:

I'm not a fan of that range above. I think 98s might be too loose call. Same goes with KTs and KJs. Depends a bit on villain of course.
I would sometimes 4bet JJ and sometimes just call. Depends a bit on villain.

Then I think it is good to have bluff 4bet range too. I would start by adding A2s-A5s,KTs,KJs to 4bet bluffs. Then you can decide if you want to 4bet bluff for example AJo or KJo, or some more AXs combos like ATs&A9s.. That way you will have balanced 4bet range.

Pretty much I didn't play last week, but whenever I was playing I noticed couple things to fix, peace of mind - that's most importart, I shouldn't rush my self to sit down and start playing, housemates are still doing great job not letting me to focus so this week I will try new approach, I will write about that later. Second thing is general attitude, I need to take it all more professionally but that goes hand in hand with first reason.

Good thing is that yesterday I played Sunday Storm ( I always do ) and got a small reward
