Villain had only been at the table for a short amount of time but had overplayed pocket 7's aggressively pre flop by 4 betting and cbet flop where it was checked down to the river. So I put him in the aggressive category for now, standard call pre flop. On the flop there was something fishy about his sizing so wanted to just raise a small amount. By doing this i'm protecting my hand and also because of my small raise size I thought it may give him a chance to spaz out and shove all in. If I think there's a decent chance he's bluffing I think that perhaps I should call the flop and let him shove the turn as by shoving nothing worse really calls (but it is 2nl and he could tilt call of with AK or some pocket pair like 9's). Don't think this play is standard or +EV, this move on the flop was very player dependent to him.

Villain here was a passive call station type of player. On the turn I think on this type of board it is probably close between shoving and betting just under pot especially for a 90/10 call station. My thinking was on the turn that there's a very high percentage chance he's not folding. He either has a pair the he's hanging on to or drawing to a flush. Thought also that shoving can look like a bluff as if I was getting him to fold and I was drawing. In the end worked out well.

This was the biggest win of the session. I think that calling 67s is break even at best at that situation. I'm definitely not calling 56s in the same situation and player. This was on an anonymous table so that stats are for all of the sessions put together and not what I saw at the time. On the flop, i'm not always raising with calling a decent percentage of the time. When the king rolls off on the turn its nearly mandatory to bet to get villain of any pocket pairs and also I have some equity if called. On the river, probably the best card that could come, if the flush comes in villain could probably find a fold.

Pre-flop I think I can go either way against a tight reg either to 3 bet or call but the big blind was a fish so decided to call and potentially let him into the pot. On the flop is standard call, on the turn is when alarm bells start to ring. That sizing is worrying for a tight reg, can't see him barrelling with a pocket pair or with air that often. He more likely with 2/3 size bet has Ax or a set. If there is a large bet on the river I would like to think I could find the fold, nearly folded the turn but that's really to nitty to do that.

Had been playing with the reg on a couple of tables, aggressive type of player. On the flop I think it was call because he's an aggressive player so he should be 4 betting kings and aces. Also if I bet on the flop and he has AQ for example is he really going to shove over a cbet on the flop. From playing with him he hasn't really done anything like this against a reg so thought there was decent chance it was an under pair like pockets tens or nines, bluff or what he had which was a flush draw.

So as the stats shows the villain is just a very aggressive player, 3 betting everything, barrelling all the time and had a 100% cbet. On the river I think the shove is debatable, if he's going to call with any Kx or 2 pair here then its definitely profitable. But, the river completes A5 and 65 which he could be barrelling. UTG was a fish, I think if he bet more on the turn its borderline and then made a big bet on the river I could have folded however with the price were getting I think we have to call. I think the turn in this hand is quite interesting. We have the second nuts on the flop to maybe joint second nuts. On the turn when it gets back to us I think we can shove to get rid of those who have a flush draw to protect our equity. Also if someone had AT then I think we would of heard about on the flop or turn and that was really the main reason for the check on the turn to see what happened.
