Hero raises to $0.4, 4 folds, BB calls $0.30.

Flop: ($0.85) A, 6, A (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $0.6, BB raises to $1.2, Hero ?.

Final Pot: $2.05

Am I losing value here against a shortstack if folding? Or should I put him allin?

Fold, don't give shortstacks money.
His entire range has got you beat : Ax or 99+

Yes I thought so too, and a minraise looked more scary to me than if he wouldve gone allin, perhaps thats a faulty reasoning on my part though.

You'd need reads to know what his minraises mean : strength or weakness. A general guideline here is "the bigger the raise, the stronger a player is" if you don't have reads... however, it's never wrong to be suspicious of a minraise.

Yes, I know :). And as I didnt have any reads it felt a whole lot stronger ^^
