What the hell does vilain rep here.
He is running 24/18/1.9

Ok in flop when he calls i put him on some sort of overpair. Turn is A and I dont think he would call my c-bet with any Ace. I check he checks. River I make small valuebet and get raised. Is my river valuebet too thin? Is he calling with JJ? He cannot be bluffing the river couse he makes so small raise

Hm, some reads would be helpful. The flopcall might be an over-pair, but it could also be a set. Actually I like the check on the turn. I think we are ahead most of the times and I want to give him the opportunity to either bluff or make the mistake to call a bet on the river. I would be the river as well. The size of the bet depends on the opponent. something between 1/3 and 1/2 of the pot is fine. With his raise he is representing the full house. He could play aces the same way. If you don't know anything about his 3bet calling range preflop we can't take small pockets out of his range, so several boats are possible. If he is a good thinking player he might read your river bet as a blockbet, but without any reads I fold as well.

The VB on the river is very read dependant. nh otherwise.

Nh, dont think hes ever bluffing here. The flop is dry, so he must have a hand with showdown value when he calls or a pure float which he would bluff the ace with. You showed weakness so if he has a marginal hand with showdown value he would just call.
I like his check behind on the turn. You would almost always bet an ace or a pure bluff here (good 2nd barrel card), so his line maximizes his value.
