Is it OK to call because the 3rd player will sometimes call, or would it be a call anyway?
I was considering folding, too, as the odds don't look so great if I give UTG a tight range.

Full Tilt Poker, $0.25/$0.50 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 9 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

BB: $27.50
UTG: $31.20
UTG+1: $20.70
UTG+2: $51.95
MP1: $60.65
MP2: $9.25
Kruppe (CO): $50
BTN: $20.30
SB: $50

Pre-Flop: 4♦ A♦ dealt to Kruppe (CO)
UTG calls $0.50, 4 folds, Kruppe calls $0.50, 2 folds, BB checks

Flop: ($1.75) 3♦ K♣ 5♦ (3 Players)
BB checks, UTG bets $0.50, Kruppe raises to $3, BB calls $3, UTG raises to $30.70 and is All-In, Kruppe calls $27.70, BB calls $24 and is All-In

Turn: ($90.15) 3♦ K♣ 5♦ [ 7♦ ] (3 Players - 1 is All-In)

River: ($90.15) 3♦ K♣ 5♦ 7♦ [ 5♥ ] (3 Players - 1 is All-In)

I´d fold to the shove.
You can´t be sure that BB is calling and against overshove you don´t have enough odds to call.
