You should have raised pf.

I think I wouldnt bet on the river, I dont see him calling with anything worse. After his raise is an easy fold, he's passive, he has atleast two pair. I dont see anyone doing that with a Jx either.

raise jts preflop .
since all the draws missed on the river i dont see value in beting again so i would take a check/call line hoping he bluffs with some busted draw .
as played i fold river against such a passive opponent
