I guess I should have bet bigger there.... He called very quickly so I knew he was on a draw but diddn t know if it was flush draw or straight draw.

On the turn my thought was to check call, not an overbet thu...

I guess a bet for value was the best play ?

No need to check turn. You have there FD yourselfand could be easily ahead.
If you check turn , you can valuebet river .


unless you have some kind of reason thinking otherwise just bet all streets for value with aces, let oppoennt to figure out what hands he wants to call you down.
