But waitress or stripper? Don´t think so. They can´t intellectually keep up with you and normally can only talk about fashion, beauty and ...you know ...some simple topics, while an intelligent woman understands you. And don´t forget: An intelligent woman can make money herself, so you can be sure that she´s no gold digger ("sugar baby"), while with a woman who earns not much you have to fear. You cannot be sure why she´s with you: because of YOU or your winnings.

I vote of an intelligent woman!

I vote for honest, direct, caring, loving ASIAN woman with inspirations in life for something other then looks or too get married well. It helps if she comes from honorable family (discipline, integrity, the way she was brought up and taught values) as well as if she has strong maternal instincts.
It doesn't hurt if she has great sense of humor because I like to troll and joke a lot, has adventure spirit (will travel with me and explore places and adventures), and it would be icing on the cake if she has stripper body with perfect smile and face

If you know of such Asian woman, refer her to me. Thanks :profit::truestory:

Quick update

Wanted to share with you 5 things that I decided to focus on in June. Those 5 things or categories are something that I can realistically time track and focus to accomplish with other on going life things. I have noticed a huge "Vacation" like mindset and feeling because after a long time I don't feel need to make any money urgently and I am enjoying days like a kid, taking it all in and appreciate it the fact that I am relived, debt free and can focus my time elsewhere. Still, in order to go to Thailand for vacation and to have much better starting position in 2018, I need to get myself in higher grind gear primarily and make more money in next 7 months. So that brings me to 5 key areas/categories/goals in June.

1) Grind 100-120 hours
2) Coaching and Working on the game 30 hours minimum
3) Teaching guitar and music 12 hours
4) Work out with Sensei 12 hours + time before and after training needed
5) Healthy eating with fasting and calorie deficit (to drop 4kgs per month in next 3 months)

Grind is the most difficult because I feel more motivated to help my best friend and coach others + work on my game range vs range then to sit down and play. It is affected greatly by the fact that I feel no financial pressure of any sort, with all the bills, rents and dads pension credit payed off I have about 600+ euro extra money so that affects my mindset for sure. I however want to prove to myself that on larger sample I am winning on 30s 3 tabling and that would help me then decide what to do later when Stars RB changes to choose max EV limit and number of tables for my hourly and variance involved.
Coaching is going really well and I am besides coaching Phuketinho every day on the way to accept 1 more student for at least 30 sessions (as I suggested). If this goes through, I will not accept any more students because I always aim to over deliver both in and outside of sessions + take time extra to answer questions on Skype and respond to all the hands students post for me. So for this reason I don't want to accept 5-10 people because that would mean less time for other life things for me and even less grind for me which is already at very low mark as it is and I don't want to sacrifice it any longer. Working on the game is going very well because I constantly work on textures that cause me trouble both IP and OOP and practice how to defend my whole range on different turn and river run outs as well as what sizings to use IP and OOP as initial agressor on different run outs. Feel that I have skyrocketed with my progress as poker player in this year in comparison to last 2 years for example and I don't plan to stop but rather keep going and clear up any doubt range vs range and texture wise for different effective stacks as much as I can!
Teaching guitar and music is 12 hours on average up to 16, that is going well and steady and I don't plan to change it as teaching music keeps me very happy and in check - it is one of the things I love doing and it is part of who I am.
Training with Sensei is going so and so. Actual trainings are awesome but in May we did 6-7 sessions instead of 12+ because it was raining heavy and we couldn't do them outside as planed. In June I suggested we don't skip but add indoor sessions as well (even though I will loose in travel time 40ish minutes total per session this way + pay for cab 1/2 price of sessions) but I decided to go for it in order to maximize my progress. On the other side, my eating habits are not going well. I do great until 4pm or so with calorie intake and then I screw it up with unnecessary extra things. It is primarily because my internal motivation is not strong enough to loose weight. I want to drop to 80kgs (now have 89kgs) or less by the time I go to Thailand which is in 7-8 months really. I know this is plenty of time so I am slacking and not taking right steps with healthy eating and calorie deficit. This is why I asked Sensei to cancel training yesterday to take a whole day and figure out how to proceed on my end. Because, all the sessions will have very little effect to my weight loss if I put in my body 2k calories per day vs 1.4 or 1.5k and that is the major problem for me right now.

So there you go, those are on going things in June and areas I will focus and target daily. I also wrote time management this morning and I will test it, experiment and see if it sticks/works for me - primarily interested for grinding and coaching if it sticks because sessions with Sensei and guitar and music lessons have very much fixed times hence I don't miss those vs grinding which has very open and loose time management which leads to missed grind hours!!!

Enjoy your June and thanks for following the blog!

P.S. Results wise 64cEV 3 tabling 30s on 10 hours of grind since 22nd of May - lol sample and runing below EV close to 40 buy ins still (pre RB).

Quick update

Time management is coming along good past days.
Lessons and training sessions are steady and clicking as well as my resting and eating. I feel very strong about my 1kg per week weight loss path with work outs so I don't get tempted anymore to overeat above 1.5k calories.
Grinding is also starting to come along. Using my pre-existing habits, I am starting to attach my grinding to them. I am getting more thirsty to grind because I feel no fear about 30s Spins and I want to get myself in with grind to see my true win rate.
Finally improvement wise, I feel that I am skyrocketing. A year ago and now is 2 different worlds. Now I analyze hands daily and write full thinking process, break down betting and calling lines, discuss different turn and river run outs and how they affect my or opponents range. So I am feeling much more in control which brings more confidence as well. I however am not done in any way and there are textures and effective stacks that I need to work more on as both initial aggressor and caller. I am however very happy with how my general game plan is constructed post flop for any texture and how I adjust it based on different opponents.

Look forward to grind in June, still running below EV, 12.57 hours of grind, 54 cEV 3 tabling, ev9bb/100 , close to 40 buy ins below EV pre RB.

Slight back injury - muscle pull

Yesterday had hardest training since I restarted working with my Sensei. During one of the exercises I pulled a muscle in my back and got the pain because of it. By the end of the training and later in the day, pain went away however! This morning I woke up and in the exact spot back pain came back. Despite warming up (stretching) and doing cool down, this muscle is still pulled and it affects me a bit. I get distracted because when I want to do sudden movement (get up from the chair, bend over to pick up something in the home or tie shoe laces) I get this trobing knife like pain in that area.
Considering to go to massage place today as alternative solution to relax and "break" that pain. From experience though, as this kind of thing happens frequently to me, it takes several days for pain to completely go away and for my back to feel as new.

Any ideas guys? Do any of you have back problems from working out or in general? If so, how do you deal with it best and fastest?

Appreciate your opinions!

Other then the muscle pull in the back, I did excellent work out yesterday which pushed me outside of my zone of comfort - which is always great. Feeling very connected to my mission with nutrition and work outs now. I want to work out tomorrow despite this pain, hopefully pain will go away tomorrow or at least be there with less extent.

You have to be sure it is muscle pull and not pinched nerve, because if it is a nerve the massage might not be recommended. I had maybe 2 weeks ago some pain in the middle of the back - it was like stiff neck but down in the back and worse. It appeared the next day after back exercise. I know some recommend magnesium intake. I ate a lot of sesame seeds paste that day which is rich on Mg and it might have helped or it was just coincidence but the next day I was OK.

Forgot to mention that I already take magnesium every day since I restarted training, maximum allowed dosage. It helps for muscles to regenerate but this is different sort of pain. Magnesium helps me from regular work outs to ease recovery for next training and not feel as much pain in the muscles. This however feels like someone put a rock in my left part of the back and sudden movements hurt like hell. Its possible that it is pinched nerve like you say. My Sensei told me its muscle pulled and that it will take some time to get back to normal (day or two).
