I'll post mine in my blog in a few minutes (bearing in mind I changed from full ring to short handed and at different stakes all below the level you are playing at)
:-)

To see if you are winning or losing vs 3bet ... use filter in the positional report - "FACED PREFLOP 3BET=TRUE"
If you raise 3x and get 3bet then if you fold your winrate would be -300bb/100 hands
If your winrate is better than -300bb/100hands then you are doing better than folding.

You can also filter for hands so you can remove AA, KK,QQ,AK and check out your winrate

Thanks!

Does anyone knows what would be a good winrate (or looserate) in terms of bb/100 when you are faced with preflop 3bet and when you are faced with flop cbet?

A good one starts at -300bb/100h.
Mine is -71bb/100h and i am at NL5. (1308hands faced 3bet)

i found this in an online article:
"The standard for whether you are leaking playing back against 3-bets is NOT making a profit on the hand. If you fold, you lose 3 or 3.5 bb. Therefore, any strategy which yields you less of a loss than folding is a +EV strategy."

My winrate when faced with 3bet for last 85k hands is -124,07 bb/100.
When faced flop continuation bet the winrate is -120,45 bb/100.

So, this should be an ok winrate, according to your findings, but I still believe that it should be better. I'm really not sure where I'm bleeding my non showdown money. Will try to arrange the next session with w34z3l soon to find out.

For me, if my redline increases, my blue line decreases.
Of course we are different players but i tried a lot of things like 4bet bluffs ,call 3bet and x/r all in bluffs, multistreet bluffs, overbetting.
Once i started to pick spots better or not to do this at all, look at my graph after 30k hands(last month)
Also when i 12 table my red line goes to the ground. (sadly so does my blue line)

Don't have much time latelly for poker, but the things are a bit better now than they were during the end of May.

As was the plan, I play shorter sessions of two tables and analyse spots which are the biggest leaks of mine atm. Sometimes I don't do it right after sessions, but I try to do it for all hands played. Decided to do one here, for last 1,4k hands. So, let's begin.

1) Missing 3bets:
:spade: I could probably 3bet bluff this one, despite of the sizing. The opponent plays 32/21 in 19 hands. Probably this should be default bluff 3bet or flat.

:spade: This should also be a bluff 3bet. The opponent plays 33/28 in 40 hands and folded to 3bet 1 of two times.

Overall, seems that I'm missing 3bets in some spots. My 3bet stat in analysed hands was 6,45% and I believe it would be somewhere arround 8 if I would made some of 3bets I could. I was doing fine vs 3bets. My Fold vs 3bet stat was 51,4%, but I could maybe still fold 1 or 2 hands less than I did. The biggest problem is still folding too much to flop cbets. I folded 53,8% of hands when faced flop cbets, which is too much. I think it would be arround 40% if I wouldn't folded in above situations.

The volume was really poor this week, but I have a bunch of stuff to do at work because it's the end of the school year. The good thing is that I didn't end up in red again. ;) Since the classes end the next week, I will have much more time for poker soon, so I still hope to catch at least 30k hands in June.

Hi Aleen,
Please tell me what is your overall 3bet% since you started 3betting more?
I played a zoom table and only got 6-7%. Without knowing how tight opp are ... do you achieve a higher 3bet%?

Hi bonecore!

Sorry for the late answer, but was completelly off of poker, so just saw your post.

Last month my overall 3bet was 6,38%. This month it is 8,24%, but I've played just 5,5k hands, so I can't make any conclusions yet. I would like to establish something like 8-9%.

Week 23 was basically completelly out of poker, except I've managed to play a few of Spin&Goes on my mobile phone. I was hoping to play some cash games, but just didn't have any time to do that. Fortunatelly, the classes are over now and, despite of occasional obligations at school, I will mostly be at home and guess what I will do most of the time.

What is the strategic idea for bumping up the 3Bet rate?

3bet very wide and polarized to mostly bluffs vs players that are in steal position and have Ft3bet>80%.
I mean flat call AQ,AQ,JJ,QQ because they will fold and u get more value by calling.
Think of your calling range vs his range and 3bet the weakest part of it.

Hey Bonecore
We should check if Alleen86 has any beer in the fridge while we are here :-)
So it is a "if certain conditions are met" increase in 3bets% rather a gto assessment of what 3bet% is considered optimal?

Basically, I need to improve my non-showdown winnings and one of the areas where I'm leaking atm is not 3betting often enough. From the w34z3l's Red Line Rampage series we can see that the ideal overall 3bet rate is somewhere between 7% and 9%, so I should add like 1-2% more to my current rate. I just need to add a few more 3bet bluffs from every position, that's it.

ok , if you want to play in the dark, u can play gto. I have made some 3bet ranges on my blog but they are not perfect.
Optimal is considered to make the play vs the average player at your limit.
So check out your database and create ranges based on the average 3bet%, Ft3bet, Call3bet

Of course, we want to build our ranges based on particular opponent we are playing against. But in general, I'm just missing some bluff 3bet spots.

7-9% is somewhat "optimal". If we look at the positions, it should be something like this:
:spade: MP: 4%
:spade: CO: 6%
:spade: BTN: 8-10%
:spade: SB: 8%
:spade: BB: 8%
