the bet is on. Now open for any bettors TT is backing off a bit after his initial statements and he wont buy all the action. Here is a brief outline. (just very preliminary) this will be a bit scrapy and chaotic, but i am rly tired and want to get this done just before sleep, so bear w me. A nicer official form later.
I would be starting this challenge only if i find at least 50k$ action vs me. The exact conditions and rules will determined soon enough. My planned date of start is ~11th Nov (+-1day).
some of the conditions i ll have to fullfill to make most relavant issues clear:
1, i have to get from 50$ to 10000$ on my Partypoker account by playing throughout a 30day period.
-no bonuses, rakeback, jackpot etc is counted. Just pure winnings are counted. My winnings therefore must get to 9950$. If at any point of the session i exceed the 9950$ mark, i win. I am not allowed for redepositing of money, neither of playing freerolls to get any $ for a restart. If i get busto in any time sooner than the 30th day, challenge is immediately over, u win.
2, The bet is 5:1 against me. So my 1$ for ur 5$. Smallest bet one can make is 200$.
3, I am allowed just to play SH and FR tables cg on Partypoker. I am allowed to start tables however. Any HU going on will be closely checked by judges (see lower)
4, there should be (looking for ppl to do this for some $ benefit - both me and bettors should pay?! -they should be from pokerstrategy anyway, maybe some goodhearted ppl doing it just out of good will?! ) a comittee of at least 3 judges whose job will be: (to be specified soon) - settle all disagreements during the challenge and more importantly check for credibility of my results and playing after the challenge.
- Partypoker support will be consulted to provide accurate results
- all handhistories will be sent for investigation at latest 24h after the end of the challenge
- a video footage of every minute of my game will be recorded and sent for investigation at latest 24h after the end of the challenge. This is not just to show my play is fair and am not colluding, sb isnt softplaying w me etc, but also that none of the bettors take unfair steps to prevent the challenge being completed, such as: intentional blocking of my tables or pairing up w others to collude. Every bettor must provide his current Partypoker sn (not to be announced public, but should be checked for validity prior the bet and examined after the bet by the judges- esp the "bigger" bettors)
- a camera recording my desk streaming 24/7 is possible if the bet gets bigger and ppl require it (sofar i dont have 1, but can buy)
5, there should be a well trusted person to take care of the betted funds, prolly w mb vip account w a token. Or how is this sorted out??? rly no idea. My take is: Judges will have ~10 days to check for credibility and validity of the results and both bettors and me to make the last questioning abt fairness, after the time, when judges settle things out, winners are paid their money by the person having the money :).
i am also open to other ideas abt how to ensure max trustworthiness, such as: i should be open to phonecalls form a judge during my session, whose starts and ends i might need to announce or similar. If u think of sth let me know.

When he's putting 1:5, it's his $1 to your $5, so if you bet $200 that he will not make it, and he fails, he will pay you $40. (One dollar for every five you bet)

I made a little calculation on this challenge
BRM = 10 BI at each level
WR = 10 bb/100 at each level
NL5, 10k hands, ----> BR = $100 (initial BR = $50, winning = $50 )
NL10, 15k hands, ----> BR = $250
NL25, 10k hands, ----> BR = $500
NL50, 10k hands, ----> BR = $1000
NL100,10k hands, ----> BR = $2000
NL200,10k hands, ----> BR = $4000
NL400,10k hands, ----> BR = $8000
So with BRM = 10BI, WR = 10bb/100, you will reach $8000 after playing 75k hands.

I'd like to think that TLN will be playing fairer than that and not chipdumping/colluding. Plus the fact all his hands can be reviewed if any suspicious patterns emerge.

Aka: if i am found cheating u win money, if sb of u is colluding on my tables, i win ur money (the plrs outside of the cheating on bettors side will be given their initial money back)
