I can't seem to understand where does your rakeback come from ?
Only from StarsCoins :f_rolleyes:?

So, I've completed the 40k Challenge...

I'm a bit dissapointed because was running terribly for the most part + running quite below EV at showdowns, which sucks. Anyway, I believe I kind of proved myself that I beat NL10 atm with the winrate of 3,36 bb/100 in last 56k hands (EV 3,9 bb/100) and I suspect that the real winrate could be a bit bigger than that, but who knows (maybe it's lower). :f_confused:

I cashed out all my StarsCoins and with the bankroll of $1.650,73 I need $14 more for another NL16 shot. The shot will last until the bankroll drops below $1.600,00 and when it reach $2.000,00 I'll move up to NL25. I'm aware it's quite conservative BRM, but I've allready explained somewhere in the blog why that is. Now when I'm pretty sure that I beat the current limit I feel ready to try the next one. The BRM plan atm looks like this:

<$1.600,00 ===> NL10
$1.600,00 - $2.000,00 ===> NL16 (Taking NL16 shot when $1.664,00)
$2.000,00 - $3.000,00 ===> NL25 (Taking NL25 shot when $2.100,00)
$3.000,00 - $5.000,00 ===> NL50 (Taking NL50 shot when $3.200,00)
>$5.000,00 ===> NL50 (Cashing out everything above $5.000,00)
Optionally
$6.000,00 - $10.000,00 ===> NL100 (Taking NL100 shot when $6.400,00)
>$10.000,00 ===> NL100 (Cashing out everything above $10.000,00)

Just had a short NL10 session and as soon as I reached $14, decided to quit:

Current BR: $1.665,48
Time for NL16 shot! :f_love:

The shot is not going well atm. :f_mad: I lost 3 buy-ins, so 1 more before returning back to NL10. It's very anoying how I always hit a downswing when move up a limit. :f_ugly:

Anyway, tbh, I'm quite satisfied with my game and didn't change it much from NL10. I even 3bet more, cold call BB more and fold less to flop cbets, which is great. The biggest losses were very unlucky spots and I believe I lost just 50bb's due my river mistake in this hand, but it's also a bit unlucky that he hits his OESD and checked:

Spoiler

3 folds, Hero raises to $0.32, SB raises to $0.96, BB folds, Hero calls $0.64

Flop: ($2.08) A♥: 5♣: 6♠: (2 players)
SB bets $1.19, Hero calls $1.19

Turn: ($4.46) 9♠: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $2.24, SB calls $2.24

River: ($8.94) 3♥: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $4.16, SB raises to $18.42, Hero calls $7.61 and is all-in

Results: $32.48 pot ($1.46 rake)
Final Board: A♥: 5♣: 6♠: 9♠: 3♥:
SB showed 4♥: 7♥: and won $31.02 ($14.86 net)
Hero showed A♦: Q♠: and lost (-$16.16 net)

If I'll have to move back to NL10 again, let be it, but I'm sure that will beat NL16 very soon. I just need one good strike when moving up.

NL16 results so far:

I'm still running a bit crappy, but at least I didn't need to drop down (yet), which is great! :f_thumbsup: I also managed to regain some part of a bankroll today even though I had two big losses with flopped sets, TT on AJT board (run into flopped KQ straight) and 55 on Q85s board (he had FD + GS and hit a straight on the turn after my flop check/raise). Both coolers more or less, at least I think so. :badteeth:

Anyway, I earned some more StarsCoins and complete some challenges, so bankroll is at $1.656,66 (lost just 0,5 buy-ins of 4). Let's crush that f...ng NL16! :sfishg:

Could be that I participate in the challenge longer than anyone else, so guess I could become a real example of getting reach or die trying. :mdr: Anyway, I hope getting reach will come first. :sifflote:

This was a week where I moved to NL16 with 4 buy-ins shot and it didn't start very well, but things look better now:

With the rakeback I earned, I'm even in the profit and have $71 (4,5 buy-ins) for the shot, so I hope that upswing will hit me at least and I won't have to go back to NL10, but I keep myself ready to do so if necessary, it shouldn't be a big deal. :f_drink:

The big day today! Managed to reach the green at NL16 with 7k hands played! :f_love:

The impression is that there is really not a big difference between NL10 and NL16 reg tables, if any. There is not a big player pool at NL16, but that's a good thing because you can get more info on players. I really believe that I can make a profit there. The BR is now at exactly $1.712,58, which means that I have comfortable 7 buy-ins for NL16 before returning back to NL10. :f_thumbsup:
