Most of the time button raises an ace. There are much more card combinations for an ace than for the flush. CO is somewhat of concern, but he is loose passive. He also can have a lot of weaker hands. If you are raised on the turn you have to be careful. As long as this doesn't happen, bet for value.

if i am raised on the turn i would cap with 10 outs, why not take the money now? i could be against a bluff and i can win very often with a full house on the river.

I don't think there are many bluffes. CO played the flop like having a draw and he is passive. A raise from him should be a strong hand. You are very likely up versus a 2-pair or a flush. The flush is probably more combinations. You are not a favorite here. 10 outs come on the river 22% of time. A raise from button is not much different. He is not as passive as CO but he is not very aggressive also. If he raises two players he very likely does it for value. This means 2-pair or better. In his case it is A4 or flush which makes the flush even more likely.
