Should I try to push him off the hand on the river or just check? Maybe the turn raise was not good?
Preflop: Hero is BB with K♥, 8♦
4 folds, SB raises, Hero calls
Flop: (4 SB) 7♦, J♣, 5♦ (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls
Turn: (3 BB) J♦ (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB calls
River: (7 BB) 4♠ (2 players)
SB checks, Hero checks
Total pot: $3.50 (7 BB) | Rake: $0.15
This is mainly becasue you didn't have a plan for the hand on the turn.
The turn raise is ok if you're going to fire the river as well. You can get him off superior K-High Diamonds and he may even fold A-High or a low PP with a diamond to you.
If he's not the type to do that, don't raise the turn in the first place becasue you need A-High and pairs to fold for it to be a decent raise and vs most regs, that's not happening much.
Also, fold the flop imo. You have no pair, no draw. Well a bad backdoor flush draw that could end up costing you a lot of money.

Flopcall should be fine. Equity with Kigh,2 overs to 2cards on the board and some backdoor potential I see flop fold to be pretty bad as we are IP. I call at least once and decide on the turn.
Turn raise is close to a spew on these stakes imo and you have too much SD value anyway.I preffer calling and calling blank river also,this will provide you with a read which may better your future decitions.
I would like the peel a lot better if we had the Kd, with the 8d I can't see a flop fold here being bad at all. With the high rake and the fact the SB is probably going to be on a tighter range than higher stakes players are used to I can't see how letting go when we have to fold a load of turns and have RIO in a tiny pot can be bad.
We may have 35% equity but we're never realizing all of that, that assumes you play perfectly and all the will in the world we can't do that. We can't really turn our hand into a bluff becasue almost nothing better is folding and even making our hand has RIO written all over it.
Our backdoor draw is worth almost nothing and most opponents will fire almost any turn with this flop.
Thank you very much guys for your opinions, I appreciate it a lot. When I played full ring I used to be very tight, avoiding marginal spots completely, so in this situations I need guidance, because I'm not really used to them.

How likely our hand is to win at showdown should it get that far. High cards and pairs essentially. Also known as "Pot Equity" hands. Suited connectors and the like have Low Showdown value but high "Playability" rather than relying on showing down the best hand they rely more on winning hands unimproved by being able to play them aggressively and winning big pots when they do make a hand.
RIO (Reverse Implied Odds)
Essentially a shorthanded term meaning how likely we are to lose money if we make our hand. Generally hands like bad offsuit High Card hands fall into this category as they suffer from both domination issues and the fact they're very "one way" hands.
