This time we have a decision on the turn. How would you play it and why?

Please try to use reads and stats if necessary:

The guy bluffed a lot on previous hands.

Stats:

39/28/2.5/45 (vpip/pfr/af/wts)
58 hands

3/6 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (3 handed)
Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BB with A♦, 7♠
BU raises, SB folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (4,33 SB) 5♣, 9♦, Q♦ (2 players)
Hero checks, BU bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (3,17 BB) 7♦ (2 players)
Hero ???

i think i will let him bluff a bit more, so c/c, and then start betting if i hit something on the river.

edit.
i overlooked the fact that we have the 7. then its a bet/call or even bet/3-bet

I'd probably bet/call.
Decent chance we're ahead already, and if he raises and probably has a queen, you got 12 clear outs (any , any 7) and 3 semiouts (any A)
I wouldn't mind taking it down directly, so I prefer to bet out over a check/call, though it's unlikely with a 45 WTS rate.

With 28 % PFR, AQ has become a bit more unlikely as well, so you can probably count the aces as full outs.

I voted c/r. He will likely fire again on the turn, and either we win the pot outright (with one extra BB from him compared to his folding to our donk), or we have plenty odds to call a 3-bet, and are maybe even ahead with our 7.

The hand was played by myself and I decided to check/raise him. In the end I had to call a 3-bet as well as an unimproved river. While playing I haven't looked at the stats because with 45wts he won't fold a better hand and making him fold at least a 6 outer is hard as well.

The best play is a simple calldown. Our hand is not strong enough to be aggressive so we will let him bluff us.

He seems to be agressive. I would check/call this turn and check/fold the river ui. He has a high wts and wants to see showdowns so whats the point in raising the turn? I dont think we can raise the turn for value imo. And if we have called the turn and he bets into us on the river we get 6:1 on our A-high call. So would this be enough?

Edit: I also overlooked the fact that we have the 7 calldown ftw!!11
