The hand is strong enough to cap preflop.
Against the overcard on the flop we are still ahead of A-high and some lower pocketpairs so we need to bet even against 3. If someone raises us we have an easy fold.
The turn pairs the board and the 6 is an unlikely holding of our opponent so we bet again for value and protection.
We have a clear valuebet on the river because nobody raised the flop or turn and so the chance that someone has a Q is low which means that we are still often enough ahead and additionally there are enough hands that might a bet. (A-high and pocketpairs.)

Against the raise from CO we have an easy 3-bet preflop with AJs.
On the flop we hit a gutshot and bacldoorflushdraw with one overcard so we make our contiuation bet. After we got raised we get the correct odds to see a turncard.
Now we hit our toppair which means that we are now often ahead. The best move is to donk because he might take a freecard otherwise if he has a worse hand in fear of the ace or if he has a draw with which he made a freecard raise on the flop.
The option to check/raise is a bad one because our hand isn't strong enough for that. (Twopair and straights are possible.)
Our plan is to call a raise because of our additional gutshotstraightdraw which means that we invest maximal 2BB instead of 3BB if we check/raise and he 3-bets us.
If we only get called on the turn then we have a valuebet on the river.
If we got raised on the turn we have to calldown because of our outs on the turn and the potsize on the river where we make a crying call.

Preflop is naturally a 3-bet with our aces.
On the flop we make our continuation bet and get called by an aggressive oppoent.
We bet the turn again and get raised. Here we shouldn't 3-bet because he is more often stronger (twopair, straights) than our pair than he has just toppair. So we just call his raise here.
On the river the botton pair gets paired and we now beat all twopairs and we are only behind against a straight or set so we can check/raise here.
If he 3-bets us we have to call because he is very aggressive so he might 3-bet AJ or even KK or QQ this way.
