I completed the quiz to receive the 50$ my currency was set to cnadian dollars so i asked to switch it too USD cause thats what you need. never recieved the money cause titan poker told me all my bonus and bankroll would go to zero. I never had a bankroll though! BY the time I realised what the online support had switched it was too late, my account is register under pokerstrategy as TTR68652002, but titan shut down this account and gave me TTR68812542 but i never received my 50 from ps.

It's likely that you've already got the starting capital to the Titan account which you registered with us. In case, Titan locked that account, i'm afraid there's not much we can do for you. However, since i'm not an expert in this matter, please write a ticket to our support team to see if there's anything they can do for you.
