It was the very first hand at that table, thats why I had no reads.
Can I play 4b/fold here? I don't think regs go broke with QQ or less in this spots against unknown.
It depends a bit on the mental state of the reg but most people will fold AK/QQ and worse there if you 4bet.
I'd make it 24-25 and no more (perhaps even as low as 22-23).
Let's take a quick example of a $24 4bet.
We risk $24 to win $14.5 so we need our opponent to fold ~63% of the time.
Let's give him a range of QQ+, AK and find out how many bluffs he needs for us to break even.
QQ: 6 combos
AK: 9 combos
KK: 3 combos
AA: 3 combos
He shoves 6 combos, folds 15 combos. So he folds 71% of the time. If you add bluffs in his range, let's say AQo: 7 combos then he folds 78.6%.

In the other hand I said I'd just fold to the 3bet and after thinking about it for a while I still stick with it. The reason is, that I think once somebody 3bets MP vs UTG he does it for value most of the time and he probably doesn't plan on folding vs more action from UTG.
So either he 3bets AK/QQ with the plan of getting it in, or he flats it in the first place. If he gets it in we make a mistake by 4bet/folding (we'd have the equity to call) AND a mistake with the 4bet itself because we don't have the 63% foldequity we need.
Still, it's such a close spot that imo we can not really tell what "the" best line is. You can argue for both, folding and 4betting (and even then you can argue for 4bet/fold and 4bet/call).
