Should I have fired a second barrel on the turn and try to rep AK? After this hand I was left crippled and soon went out, and yes I know the bet on the river is completely stupid but that's not the point . :P I wanna know how I could have prevented this, did I do wrong to fire a bet on the flop? Was it too big? I didn't expect him to have a king especially king 10 after such a raise preflop.

in a freeroll i would probably just shove it with your stack. You would get a lot of calls from hands that you have crushed. As played the problem with a c-bet is that it more or less comitts you!
so just shove it there preflop!
