Yeah, totally fine. I like it.

2) What to do if he raise me?

That will be kinda ugly but I think he will often do it with any kind of set or something similar, and I'd rather fold it, since he seems to be more passive guy to be. Although it also depends on the raise, for example a min-raise or something similar, then we might even consider peeling it once.
