Since there can be a lot of turn cards that might improve his hand then likely I´d lead out flop myself. if he has smt like KQ he won´t really bluffraise me 100% and I don´t give him free turn and river card
As played: I´d prefer leading out river. your hand looks a lot like Ax, so if he has there worse hands, like Tx, KK-JJ he would very likely fold to 4$ bet
And since you can´t c/c then you can also turn your hand into bluff
