Trying to change my game little bit so open-raising 88 from MP. Ace high flop looked pretty good to take the pot even against this player. When he calls, I put him on Ax, K9, T9s - Q9s and flusdraw. Decided not to bet on the turn since there were many combinations that had me beat. Expected his bet on the turn and would give up my hand. When an ace came it was not likely that he had one. Call flop, check behind turn - usually it should be the line when you are drawing. So decided to call his river bet, though it was hard decision since it was either busted FD or pair of nines.

Hello koosMaras,

There are still a lot missed draws which you beat on river and the Ace made him unlikely to have it. Therefore I don't mind the Call there against such an aggressive opponent, also we found out that he is rather Checking back his FDs on such board than betting them being very aggressive player.

Best regards.
